Their eyes, they were exactly the same, how were they the same? It didn’t make sense, as I looked into Kyle’s eyes with anger, then back at down at Hadley, and I saw the same blue eyes looking back to me I was shocked. After Hadley saw her mother I was afraid that she was going to faint right then and there.

Her small body stepped backwards her hands looking for me behind her. I quickly grabbed her waist and pulled her close as her muscles relaxed under my arms.

“What are you doing here?” She asked, her voice cracking. I knew she was close to crying.

“He is my husband.” Rose approached us. I had only known her for a little while and barely remembered anything about her, but I knew she looked older.

“Maybe on a piece of paper, but you left him. You left me! How could you do that!” She screamed loudly, her voice cracking and I knew that the tears were leaving her eyes.

“Hadley let me explain.” Rose got closer to us, and Kyle backed up a little bit, not to get into the fight.

“I think it would be better if you just left.” I sternly said Hadley turned to me and buried her face in my chest, attempting to hide.

“Is everything okay? I heard yelling.” Harry said running outside Liam not far behind him.

“Can you take Hadley inside?” I asked and Harry walked over cautiously, and confused.

“I’ll explain later.” I told him as I tried to pry Hadley off of me.

“Don’t leave me.” She pouted to me as Harry wrapped his arms around her. I looked down at my love with pity and pressed my lips to her forehead.

“I’ll be right inside just give me a couple minutes.” Hadley reluctantly nodded and Harry took her inside, Liam remained with me, and I knew he could sense that something was going bad, but didn’t leave me because he knew that I needed him here.

“I just want to talk to my daughter.” Rose explained sitting down on the curb. Kyle stood near her.

“Well you did leave them.” He shrugged as Liam and I stood near them, studying them.

“For you.” She sounded angry.

“You could have came back, you could have brought me home.” Kyle started to explain angrily.

“What the hell is going on?” I insisted on knowing. I was confused and lost in the conversation that was happening around me, and hated feeling this way.

“When Scott and I got married I had an affair. It was a mistake and it was stupid. But he knew, because I was pregnant. We decided to give Kyle to his dad and loose contact with them, because it was hard on our marriage. A few years later we had Hadley. When Hadley turned six Kyle’s dad was dead and he had nowhere to go, so I went back to take care of him.” Rose said resting her face into her hands.

“Why didn’t you tell anyone where you were going? How could you just leave them like that?” I asked shocked how someone could do that.

“I don’t know I was scared.” She shrugged.

“That isn’t any excuse to leave your family.” I spat at her. “To leave Hadley. She was six years old!” I screamed loudly at her. This anger had been in me ever since she has left them. She left them abounded them, and that right there made me loose respect for her.

“I don’t need a lecture from anyone.” She said angrily to me.

“Yes you do you fuc-“ I started, no longer able to contain the rage/
