"A-ah... ne! Chae is one of them along with Mina unnie, Sana unnie, and others."
Y/n said trying it to sound happy but kinda failing it. Yuna was about to ask her about her true sibling but Chae signed her not to and Ryujin saw that too. Yuna frowns at that. Y/n just eat her cereals peacefully. The two siblings go to their rooms, so Chae opened the topic.

"Still hurt by it?"
Chae asked her, and Y/n didn't answer her, but she knows Y/n's answer. Ryujin goes downstairs to pick up something, but she stops at the middle when she heard their conversation.

"I know you're still soft for him~"
Chae said to Y/n honestly, and Ryujin heard that and got more curious about Y/n's life.

"Am not."
Y/n said coldly, that sends shivers down Ryujin's spine.

"I know you do~ You still support him..."
Chae said honestly, and Y/n sighs because it's true. She can't help it, she still loves her brother even tho she was treated like a shit by him.

"Fine, I do..."
Y/n said sadly.

"Why won't you try it out?"
Chae asked her curiously. Maybe Y/n's brother change his mind about Y/n.

"Try what??? Try to bring it back?? because if that so I'm not gonna do it. You know how he treated me after our parents died."
Y/n said seriously, and Chaeyoung felt bad asking about it. She didn't mean to hurt Y/n or to bring back the trauma she received. She just wanted to give what Y/n wants, and that is her brother's acceptance and love. Ryujin got more curious about Y/n's sibling. Ryujin didn't think Y/n's parents were gone, but it makes sense now why she said that Chaeyoung is her sibling, along with others.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to. I just wanted you to have what you're asking for."
Chae said seriously, and Y/n sighs because she thinks what she's asking for ain't happening. She thinks it's too impossible for her brother to ease their relationship.

"Chae... are you clearing me out on the Son's fam????"
Y/n asked sadly. Her anxiety is present in this conversation, and Chaeyoung felt more guilty about opening the topic.

"Aniyo~ You're always a Son~ You're always be a part of it! It's just it hurts us seeing you like this.... you know what I mean, right?"
Chae said sincerely, and Y/n teared up. Her friends kept seeing her like this, missing her brother's love as if it will come.

'Isn't she a Kim? not a Son?'
Ryujin asked herself, because it made her confused about it.

"What??"
Y/n asked curiously to hear it from her best friend.

"You're missing your brother so much. You're jealous of siblings who have a good relationship with each other, and being this miserable..."
Chae said honestly, and Y/n's tears drops again. It was all true, and it hit Y/n hard. IT's like a hard to swallow pill for her. She always wants to deny it from herself and to everyone, but not that invincible.

"is it my fault??? for being too soft for him?"
Y/n asked Chae, curiously. Chaeyoung approached her to give her a hug and to make her calm.

"no..."
Chae said sadly. Chae knows how softy is Y/n inside despite of the coldness, and strong appearance of the latter.

"Did I fail as a sister?"
Y/n asked sadly. Hearing it hurt Chaeyoung too. She knows it wasn't Y/n's fault that their relationship broke. Ryujin felt so sad hearing Y/n cry while asking that.

"No, we all know you did everything for him to stay Y/n-ah. You did everything for you both to survive at the young age. It was his loss for treating you like a trash when all you did is to sacrifice yourself to give him a better life."
Chae said honestly, and Y/n sobs hard because of it while remembering the hard times, and the sacrifices she made just to give her brother a good life.
