Moon of Rugosa No POV
King Katuunko of Toydaria was already at the meeting spot with two of his guards.
Guard; we are getting no signal from the Republic, your highness.
Katuunko:<uses his personal binoculars to see to space> I don't see anything. It is not like the Jedi to be late.
Ventress: greetings, King Katuunko.
Wade and Ventress were there with two battle droids as they bow in greetings making Katuunko to grab his guards' weapons so they won't fire.
Katuunko: who are you?
Ventress: we're only messengers, Majesty. Our master wishes to speak to you.
Wade puts a holo-disk on the ground as it reveals Count Dooku in hologram form.
Dooku:<hologram> Katuunko, great king of Toydaria, forgive my intrusion.
Katuunko: Count Dooku.
Dooku:<hologram> I am aware Master Yoda hopes you will allow the Jedi to build a Republic base in your system in exchange for protection, correct?
Katuunko: your spies serve you well, count.
Dooku;<hologram> I ask, how can the Jedi protect you if they cannot protect themselves?
Republic Ship
Clone: Toydarian Royal Delegation, this is the Republic Envoy. Please respond. General, the Toydarians' beacon is active on the moon, but all our transmissions are being jammed.
Yoda: Hmm.
Zane: that's never a good sign.
Zane was right as the ship was attacked by two Separatist frigates that came out of Hyperspace.
Commander Droid: we caught them by surprise, all right.
The Republic ship maneuvered while firing back at the Separatist ships.
Clone: we're losing our shields.
Yoda: too late it is. Sprung is the trap.
Clone: I must get you to safety, General.
Yoda: retreat you must. On the moon below our mission. There we must go.
Surface
Katuunko; I suppose you and your droid armies can do better?
Dooku:<hologram> without a doubt. I sense you are one who respects strength, your highness. Our droid armies outnumber the Republic clones a hundred to one.
Katuunko: perhaps, but I have heard that a single Jedi equals a hundred battle droids. More with a Padawan on their side.
Republic Ship
Yoda: quickly now. Reach the planet's surface we must.
Clone: in an escape pod, sir? The enemy will fire at anything we launch.
Yoda: then launch all of them you will, hmm?
The Clone did that as Yoda, Zane and three Clones got into a pod and launched towards the moon.
Surface
Dooku:<hologram> Master Yoda's powers have been greatly exaggerated.
Katuunko: that remains to be seen, count.
