As I was walking out of forth  period I heard commotion down the hall. Jared came running to me. "It's Chandler"..I looked to get a glance of Chandler on the ground with a busted lip trying his best to not be killed by Joshua. "CHANDLER"! I screamed running down the hall. Everyone was cheering fight fight fight. Joshua had a nasty bloody eye and I could see blood on Chandlers hands and cast from his lip. Joshua was kicking him, "THIS IS FOR MY FUCKING SISTER".    Joshua was ambers older brother. "JOSHUA STOP", I yelled pushing through and blocking him from getting to Chandler. "Oh look it's your little girlfriend" josh Mocked "Chandler look at me, can you hear me" his mouth was full of blood and his stomach was bruised from Josh kicking him. "Hailey go I'm ok" he said cough and spitting blood into the floor. I stood up facing Josh "it's not his fault he was just protecting me if you want to me hurt someone hurt me " Josh laughed "works for me " he said before grabbing my hair and pulling me against the lockers I screamed but did what my mom had taught me I twist but he knew what was doing he slammed he against the metal knocking the wind out of me .  I was gasping for air already but Josh started choking me "HAILEY!" Chandler yelled just then the principal came out him and the gym teach pulled him away Josh dropped me and I collapsed to the ground gasping and coughing. I still couldn't breathe that well. Chandler limped over knelling over me. "Hailey Breathe come on" Chandler coached sitting me up and rubbing my back. "I'm ok" coraked my throat sore from joshs hand's. Mr.Diego had called the police abd they arrived a few minutes later as well as Gina. We were being looked at by an EMT, Chandler was all cleaned up. They said he had minor rib bruising and his busted lip got a few stitches. I just had more severe bruising on my neck. But they said I'd live. "I was crying in Chandler arms Gina reached us. "Chandler! Hailey! Are you guys ok" "I'm fine mom so it Hailey she's just shaken up" ." HONEY YOU NECK " Gina exclaimed. "Where's my mom" I asked  my voice horse. " She said she had to leave for work, your gonna say with us for few weeks" I laughed but starting cough which hurt if worst " she couldn't even stay when I Just got fucking attacked " I saw still coughing. I just buried my face his Chandlers neck. The EMT had also fixed Chan's cast " Can we just go " I sobbed , Gina nodded and Chandler picked me up and carried me to Gina's car. We'd pick him Chans in the morning. Josh was arrested for aggravated assault of a minor since I was still 17. Gina and Chandler pressed charges so he was hit with a second charge. He be in prison for awhile, Amber was being pulled out because of the media standing this was getting.  On our way to the car a couple paps tried getting stuff out of us but I just sobbed louder and Chandler pushed past Them holding me close.
