We found a couple seats in catchawave bay. Chandler helped me with my sunscreen and then we ran into the water. There was like nobody there cause it was like 11am but we liked that. I screamed as Chandler picked me up and threw me over his shoulder running into the deeper end. "CHANDLER ITS COLD " I yelled hitting his back. He dropped me in the water then pulled me back up. I giggled splashing him to the face and climbing onto a tube. Chandler smirked, don't you dare but I was too late Chandler flipped the tube. I went under the water and grabbed his foot, Chan yelped as I pulled him down. He grabbed my waist and kissed me while we were still under water. We came back up after a few seconds, Chandlers hair was all in his face. I laughed and fixed it. He looked so good with his hair wet. I smiled wrapped me legs around his waist as Chandler stood just swaying is in the water. We stayed like this for awhile. Chandler let me down but we still held each other feeling the water against us. "Do you wanna go on a slide or something" he asked moving some hair out of my face. I Nodded no burying my face into his neck Chandler started  tracing shapes on my back . I signed my eyes fluttering closed "We really need this didn't we?" Chandler cooed kissing my shoulder.  I hummed in response tangling my finger in Chandlers hair. "The last few weeks have been so stressful and I know everything bringing us closer but I honestly feel like I can't breathe" Chandler picked my head up from his chest and cupped my face. "Hailey is that why you were pushing so much for this trip" Chandler frowned concerned running his thumb over my cheek gently wiping away I tear or maybe just a drop of water from the pool. " Idk I guess I just wanted to get away and just have a week where it just you and me, nobody else"." Where we aren't worrying about school or amber or josh or my mom who doesn't care enough to come home" I stated my voice gradually becoming more and more laced with sadness and hurt. " Hailey why didn't you tell me you were struggling, I could've made more time for you". Chandler cooed pressing his forehead against mine. "Because you've been so upset about being fired from walking dead and I wanted to comfort you for once and not always be the one who needs comfort, Chandler before we started dating I was so good at convincing myself I was happy and that everything was ok but I can't anymore but I also can't be that damaged girl that you need to fix because that's not what I want for you , for us"

"Babe  I love you,  I don't care if you spend hours ranting to me about every little worry you have because no matter what it is we are in it together ok, you are never alone not anymore" I told her. She nodded  and started to cry " Fuck Hailey Come here " I said picking her up as she sobbed into my neck. "How about we get a villa, order some lunch and you tell me everything that's bothering you okay" I asked and she nodded weakly her face still buried in my shoulder. "Okay" I smiled kissing her head and carrying her out of the water towards our chairs.
