The next morning Chandler dropped me off at my house to get clothes then we headed to school. Chandler could still drive with the cast. We arrived at school and went to our classes. Me and Chandler only had Science together but that's 5th period so we wouldn't see each other most of the day. I sat down in history class and was immediately approach by Amber who was one of the cheerleaders and who had a huge crush on Chandler " why the fuck did I see you on stage with Chandler at shaky beats" she hissed grabbing my grabbing my arm and pulling me out of the room " BITCH LET GO OF ME" I yelled and she slapped me hard. She grabbed my face pulling it to hers , "you stay away from him he's mine ok go spent time with your brother , oh wait he's dead" she spat then threw me to the ground. "AMBER STOP" I heard a Chandler yell, there was a crowd of people around us. Chandler jogged over to us and knelt down to me. "Are you okay Hailey" He asked cupping my face, "yeah I'm fine" I said and Chandler Helped me stand up and turned to Amber " Get this through your fucking skull I will never date you cause your a bitch and a snake, and if you ever touch my girlfriend again I will gladly bend my morals and slap you so hard your eyes will vibrate in your head" He growled getting right up in her face. "Now walk away" Amber burst into tears running away and I kinda felt bad but it was about time someone put her in her place.

Everyone cheered and started disbursing back to class but Chandler stayed with me. "Here let me see" Chandler said  refuring to the marks ambers nails left on my arm and the bruise on my cheek from her slap. I winced "ow stop" I exclaimed grabbing his arm. "Chandler I have to get to class" ," one sec" Chandler said and walked into my classroom.
A minute later my teacher Mrs.Erit poked her head out, " Hailey you are excuse here a pass for the nurse and I've made the principal aware of the incident" I nodded and we headed to the nurse. Once we were there I gave the note to Nurse Heather. "Sit down Hailey" she said sweetly, Chandler sat down next to me holding my hand with his good one. The nurse clean up my arm and gave me some ice for my cheek. "You can go see Mr.Diego Now".

After taking with the principal we were told that Amber was suspended for 2 days and they were changing her schedule so she wouldn't be in my class anymore. I keep thinking that I knew very well if I wasn't with Chandler absolutely nothing would have been done and it slightly pissed me off. When we were done I quickly made my way down the hall without a word to Chandler, I was angry not at him but at the stupid school for sucking up to all the famous kids in this school and completely turning there cheek to the other kids at this school.  "Hailey Wait!" Chandler yelled down the hall and heard footsteps behind me. "I signed letting him catch up, "what's wrong you didn't say a word the whole time with the principal and you had a looked like you pissed" "I AM PISSED I DIDN'T NEED YOUR HELP" Chandler looked hurt and angry he opened a mouth to yell back at me but I cut him off " i-I appreciate it chan but it's just if it was anyone than you involved it would've been pushed under the rug"," Jared gets bullied like that all the time and nobody just a damn thing!". " I'm just so tired of the double standards and the entitlement in this school".

Chandler signed " I know Hailey , and I'm sorry I made you feel like you weren't strong enough to deal with amber on your own it's just I got a protective when I saw you on th ground" I hugged him,  "it's ok Chandler" i said kissing his cheek and starting walking to my next class but I felt an hand grab my wrist and pull me back. I gasped surprised but relax when. I was faced with Chandler soft lips on mine. I smiled Into the kiss grabbing his shirt and pulling him closer. I pulled away but Chandler went back in " Chan I have to get to class". I giggled. "Fine go, I'll see you later" ." Bye" I said giving him one last kiss before jogging to Math.
