I'm pretty sure I am not supposed to know that Adrien Agreste is Cat Noir. And to be honest this might be the second hardest secret I have had to keep.
It's been and hour yet Marinette still hasn't stopped talking about how amazing my power is.
"Deku that is nuts! It's just YOU ARE SO AMAZING!!!" She squeals. "I thought having a miraculous was cool but your...quirk? I don't know but whatever it is called that is just so crazy cool! I'm so jealous I wish my universe had powers!"
I gulp. "Yeah..."
Marinette giggle and sun around happily. Everyone was so shocked by the aggression of the akuma that they cancelled school for the rest of the day.
"M...Marinette?" I ask quietly.
"Yes?" Her blue eyes fill with concern as she studies my face. "What's wrong Deku?"
"I...I'm not supposed to know who Cat Noir is am I?"
Marinette's face pales. "How...how'd you find out...?" She shakes her head. "Wait no...don't tell me...but that means you must have encountered Cat's alter ego then. Correct? Because you recognized him? But we've encountered so many people since you've arrived. It could just be a random civilian you saw once before." Marinette bites her lip in thought.
A couple of thoughts swirl in my head about how cute she looks when she's in thought.
"I wonder if my world's magic doesn't work on you. That's why you were able to see through his disguise so easily."
Marinette turns to me determined. "Izuku...whatever you do DO NOT tell me who Cat Noir is." She pulls her hair out of it's ponytails and sits at her desk grabbing her sketchbook. "I'm not allowed to know okay? Even if I ask you an hour from now you can't tell me."
"Promise." I whisper.
IM SO SORRY FOR NOT UPDATING IN LIKE FOREVER.
I was going through a lot of mental health trouble but I'm okay now and I've decided that writing is a good therapy for me so now I'm going to continue writing this fanfic and I promise I will actually finish it.
So again I'm so sorry for not updating for forever and I apologized for the short chapter 😭 but I'm super excited to continue with this fanfic
