Marinette

Cat lunged for Izuku the minute the brooding stranger says his name. Then immediately a lick of fire is shot his way. Cat barley dodges it before it consumes him. Izuku backs up and I see a blueish green light start to consume him. It looks like hundreds of mini lighting bolts wrap around his body.
"Cat...stay back...I promise you this won't end well..."
Cat Noir lunges again and this time Deku flicks his finger at him. Cat dodges the excess of power before he hits the fire guy with his staff.
The guy falls back but gets u just as quick.
"LB a little help?" Deku's eyes meet mine and I forced to choose sides.
"Sorry man." I grab my yoyo and fling it towards the fire guy I pull him towards me and he lights himself in flames but the string of my yoyo is magical. It won't burn. Just as he is about to reach us I'm slammed back against a building across the street.
"AGH!" I cry out and as I'm wondering who pinned me against the wall I see Deku's eyes filled with pity.
"I'm sorry. It's for the best."
Cat Noir starts to battle with Deku and the other guy as I try and get up. My whole body aches and I try to summon my lucky charm.
But I realize Cat is getting tag teamed so instead I jump back to the building and start fighting. I quickly send out a thank you because all the civilians were sent to shelters and weren't allowed out until I gave the okay. Since no okay was given they were still safe from these two maniacs.
The fire guy sweeps Cat out from his feet and starts sending fire his way. Cat gets caught in the arm but his suit allows for a minimizing of pain.
It still is charred though. And I hate to admit but I think their world's powers were much stronger than ours. After a few more strikes there was no doubt Cat would be burned on his skin.
I fight alongside Cat, but since the fire guys aim is more towards Cat, I fight Deku.
Even though he's a villain I'm surprised about how gentle he is fighting. Almost as if he didn't want to hurt me.
I almost believed it if it wasnt for the fact he was backing up anstaright up evil person.
"Ladybug stop fighting! You know you can't win." Deku pleads.
My foot connects with his face and he backs up.
"I'm not going to continue fighting you-"
I deliver a punch but he stays rooted. As I extend my arm for wnother hit he grabs it and pins me to the ground.
"Give up Marinette." Deku whispers. "We're not the bad guys. I've been trying to-" I flip myself over and kick him off of me and this is what does it for him. He glows blue again and starts fighting back. He doesn't hit me yet instead he breaks the building top we are standing on and we are dropped into the floor of an insurance company. I grab the vending machine and throw it at him yet he breaks it and we covered in an array of snacks.
We continue fighting and I vow to not give up.
Cat ends up jumping down and the fire guy follows.
As we all fight, Cat an I calm out cataclysm and lucky charm. But before I can even catch my lucky charm we are thrown back by Deku's power and the fire guy extends his arm out to us.
I brace myself to get scorchednbut instead I'm all of the sudden freezing.
I look down to see that Cat and I are frozen to the wall and my lucky charm is on the. Cat's hand is extended and frozen, not allowong him to destroy the ice we are enclosed in.
Deku wipes away more blood that is trickling from his lip and he turns to the fire and now apparently ice guy next to him.
"Todoroki..." Deku wraps his arms around his friend and his friend comes up.
"Midoriya...I...I'm...we were so worried...to think you were surrounded by villains the entire time I-"
Deku pulls back and wipes a tear that falls. "They're not villains Todoroki. They are friends. Or at least...I thought they were..." Deku swallows. "I don't know what to think anymore..." He turns around handshakes his head. "Let the girl go."
"What?" Todoroki, Cat, and I all say.
Deku turns around. "If you can listen. And you promise not to fight. Well let you go." Todoroki seems to whole hearted my trust Deku and nods his head.
"Dont listen to them Ladybug." Cat growls. "They have to be akumas I just...I can't..."
"You can't find them." I finish. "So they're not akumas. They're from another dimension Cat. And it seems they know each other..." I meet Deku's eyes and he nods. Todoroki melts the ice around me and I slowly get up.
Deku backs away slightly and I feel a twinge of guilt.
"You don't trust me..." I whisper.
Deku keeps still. "Apparently you don't trust me." He says quietly.
"I do." My voice doesn't waver. "I apologize for fighting. I just...my partner was in danger...I had to choose sides...but I trust you now."
I hope Deku hears my underlying message. That I understand why he fought with Todoroki. Because that was his fighting partner. I wanted him to know I was sorry.
"Apology accepted." He smiles and holds his hand out. I reach back but instead of shaking it I pull him into a hug.
"I'm sorry Izuku..." I whisper. "Please let us be okay. Please..."
I pull back after a second and Deku's Adams apple bobs up and down.
"Ikigai remember..." I whisper.
Todoroki's eyes widen slightly and he looks back and forth.
He nods and holds his hand out. "Shoto Todoroki...Izuku Midoriya's best friend." I grab his hand without hesitation and shake it. I even pull him into a hug. He is more awkward with it though which makes sense.
"Hey umm...over hear!" Cat waves his not cataclysm hand and Todoroki looks at Deku. Deku nods and Cat is unfrozen. He uses his cataclysm on a bookshelf and stands behind me. "Cat Noir." He nods. "You guys are tough fighters." He side eyes Deku and I hit him in the stomach lightly.
Deku clears his throat. "I feel like there needs to be explanations given. On both accounts. Not just ours..."
Deku swallows. "You kbviously know now Todoroki and I come from another world. We have powers called quirks. They are common among our people. I was sucked I to this world while I was fighting theeague of villains with the rest of my class. I ended up here where I became and exchange student to fit in. I was taken in by a wonderful family. And I wanted to find a way back home when all of this occured. And I'm guessing it had to do with my world."
Todoroki nods. "The students built a portal. Warpgate had alterations made on him which is why you were sucked into this world. Our machine worked and I was the one who was going to be sent into this world with All Might to find you but instead our machine sent All Might somewhere else in this world. And when I saw Cat Noir lunge at you I acted on impulse and I jumped through the portal to save you. But now I'm stuck here as well." Todoroki looks around. "Fortunately I can keep in touch with the class. Mei Hatsume made a device that would allow communication throughout our worlds." Todoroki has up a small device that looks like a hearing aid.
"When both devices are connected a hologram such as this-" He presses on a button and a guy pops up.
"Aizawa!" Deku cries.
"When anyone from the class is connected we will be able to talk. But more importantly I came to get you because the league of villains have backed down in our world. We need to figure out why."
Todoroki pulls out a piece of paper.
"We found this in their lair. A...drawing..."
I happen to get a glimpse of it and Cat Noir speaks.
"That's...that's..."
"It's Hawkmoth." I finish.
"Hawkmoth?" Todoroki asks.
"It's our worlds biggest villain."
Deku looks at Todoroki.
"You don't think there..."
Todoroki shrugs. "There's only one way to find out. And that is staying keeping eyes out in both worlds. How does time pass?"
"It's been about two weeks since Ive arrived." Deku comments.
"And it's been the same since you left. That is good to know."
Todoroki shoves the paper in my direction.
"Where can we find this Hawkmoth?" He asks.
I shrug. "We have to wait for an akuma to pop up. And...it's actually been a while since he's sent one..."
"About how long?" Deku asks.
"Like since you arrived actually..."
"It's been about two weeks since the league has attacked as well, Midoriya. They have to be conspiring together."
Deku nods. "Well then let's work together. Or else this will be hell to pay for all of us. Todoroki...youll stay. I'll stay...and we'll figure this out." Deku looks at me.
"Where are you staying Deku?" I ask.
"Uh..." He realizes to play along. "The Dupain-Cheng residence." I nod.
"I'll talk to the Dupain-Chengs. Todoroki it's best if you stay with Deku. So you'll both stay with the Dupain-Cheng family."
Todoroki nods and sighs. "This is gonna be crazy isnt it."
Deku nods.
Cat Noir pulls me aside.
"I still don't trust them M'Lady. Respect not Deku. He fought you. I can cut icy hot slack because he just arrived in a world to see people in costjmes fighting of course he jumped to conclusions. But for Deku to fight you after knowing you were a good guy. It doesnt sit well."
I sigh. "You can trust him Cat. I promise. And even if you don't...it doesnt matter because our worlds are colliding. We have to work together." I kiss Cat Noirs cheek. "Please trust me if you don't trust them."
He nods.
"We have to save our world. And there's while we're at it."
I turn to Todoroki and Deku and I nod as my earrings beep. Cat's ring goes off as well. "We have to bounce but best believe we're. Continuing this conversation." Todoroki and Deku nod and Cat and I leave. But not before I restore the buildong with my powers.
This was going to be a long road ahead of us.
I don't know how it will end. But I assumed there would be something bad.
I could feel it.
