Y/N's POV
"My name is Kang Hyunsuk, the founder of 'The Vampire Love Club', and you are invited to come." He informed me before handing me a business card.
"What in God's name is that?" I asked him before lowering my gun.
"I'm glad you asked. The Vampire Love Club is where certain humans that are selected like yourself and vampires come to potentially find their long lasting love." He answered me which made me raise an eyebrow cause that's gotta be bullsh*t.
"Now, now, I know you must be thinking I'm crazy but no... It's all true and not a scam." He mentioned it to me before chuckling.
I looked at the business card he had given me and sure enough, it looked legit as it had a logo shape of a red-colored heart, phone number, address. and some sort of signature that I don't recognize. I put the card in my pocket to investigate later.
"If you want to truly find out if vampires exist. Come to the club, show the guard the card I've given you and your questions will be answered. Have a nice night." He said to me before vanishing into the air.
My eyes widened and I looked around to find no signs of the strange man and I sighed. Honestly, this was a long night so I was tired AF. But it surely didn't look like hallucinations.
Most importantly... Why am I invited there?
I guess there's only one way to find out by going to the club after my shift is done. I exit the airfield and go to the parking lot. I get inside my car and exit the parking area to get on the road.
It took me about five to nine minutes to get home and I looked at the clock to see that it was already three in the morning which made me yawn. Regardless, I parked inside the garage and closed the door.
I changed into pajamas and did my nightly routine before crashing into my bed.
The next day...
*alarm clock*
Ughhh... I kept on trying to find the alarm snooze button and when I heard the alarm go silent. I slumped out of my bed and rubbed my eyes. I looked at the clock to see that it was 0715 and I sighed because I didn't get much sleep.
I got up on my feet, showered, changed into my working uniform, and ate breakfast before going to my car. I head inside my car and put my car keys into the ignition switch before turning it.
*engine failure*
"You've gotta be kidding me....." I said to myself in an irritated voice before trying again but the engine still wouldn't start.
"COME ON YOU DAMN CAR START!!!!" I yelled and I slammed onto the dashboard before turning it but the car still would not start.
Damn... Looks like I either get a ride from one of my friends or just walk the entire way but I'll be late. Maybe, I can fix it...
I once took automotive classes during high school so I got a good idea on how car engines and all of that good stuff works. I get out of the car and pop open the hood and see the engine leaking oil.
I guess I need a new oil pan but I can also see that the car is pretty old and worn out because it was used and had high mileage but I was pretty poor at the time when I bought this. Guess I gotta call a friend and get a new car when I get back home.
I grabbed my phone out of my pocket and ringed Minho.
