After Alexa gave Georgina and ultimatum, Georgina decided to torture Serena by going under the name Sarah and hanging out with Dan. Leading to Alexa feeling bad and breaking down to Blair telling her one word

Blair calls the three boys to come help her deal with Alexa

Nate looks at her once lover standing in-front of him "Well, is something actually wrong, or is this just some ploy to get us both here?"

"I meant what I said on the phone. I need your help. We need your help" B leads them back to the elevator and Alexa is a mess sitting on the floor

Bruce picks her up "Oh my God. You okay? ... What's wrong with her?"

Blair gives out orders "Take her upstairs, get her upstairs. Dorota! Coffee. Fast."

Blair pulls Alexa to the bathroom "Come on, Alexa. We have to get her in the shower"

Alexa goes on Blairs bed "No, I just want to sleep"

"Here. No. Come on, come on." Blair says

Alexa complains "Why won't you let me sleep?"

"We have to keep her talking and awake. Come on, come on. Let's go. Let's go. Dorota, will you please get her a fresh change of clothes and a bathrobe?" Blair orders

Chuck enters Blairs room with bags "So we have every hangover cure known to man, plus bagels. They should help soak up the alcohol and whatever else she took..."

Blair smiles "Thank you, I'll take it from here. Come on. Come on. Come on, Alexa. Help me out."
Chuck watch's Blair undress Alexa and Bruce closes the door

"B, it's cold! It's cold!"

Chuck smiles "Just like old times."

Nate looks at him "You know, why do I get the feeling you're actually enjoying this?"

"Call me sentimental?"

Blair walks out the bathroom "Ugh. I may not need those bagels after all."

Bruce concerned for his best friend looks at Blair "What's going on with her?"

"She was here last night, scared. She... She told me something totally crazy, but was too freaked out to find the words to explain it. I went upstairs to find my mom's Valium to calm her down, but when I got back, she was gone. It took me all night to find her." Blair says

"What exactly did she say to you?" Chuck asks

Blair looks at the boys "That's ... beside the point. We're here to help Alexa, no matter what the problem is."

Alexa slowly sobers up and meets Blair and the boys downstairs when all of the sudden Serena walks in upset. Her and Dan broke up and to keep the secret, she told him she cheated

Blair hugs her "why would you say that to him"

Serena looks at Alexa "Because I would rather Dan think I cheated on him than know what I really did"

Nate looks at the two girls "What you really did?"

"Dan puts me on a pedestal. If he knew the truth, he would never look at me again." Serena explains

Alexa starts to sit on the couch putting  her face in hands as she believed it's her fault for S and D break up

Everyone follows and Chuck looks at the girls "You're starting to scare even me. What did you do?"

"Come on. You can tell us" Bruce says

Blair looks at distressed Alexa "We've seen you with vomit in your hair, making out with investment bankers and doing coke in the men's room at PJ Clarke's. You don't have to hide anything from us"
