After the events from Kiss on the Lips party and Bart basses Annual brunch, Alexa has been getting a little sick of this Blair and Serena Drama.
Yes Alexa was mad at Serena for sleeping with Nate and yes she promised she will be there for Blair whenever she needed a shoulder to cry on but once Blair aired out the truth at the Bass brunch ruining Serena's relationship with that guy from Brooklyn, A, realized something she had forgotten when she came back to the Upper East Side, revenge is never ending.
There's plenty of upside to being the spawn of the fabulously wealthy. But the downside? Super successful parents expect nothing less from their offspring. And when it comes to college, that means the Ivys. It's more than just getting into college, it's setting a course for the rest of your life. And for those few who aren't legacies, the pressures are no less. When parents have sacrificed for their children's futures, what kid would want to let them down?
"Ooh the flossy, flossy"
Currently listening to freshman sing glamours Alexa, Blair and her minions are sitting together at the schools assembly for ivy week.
"For those of you who dream of attending an Ivy League school this mixer is the most important event of your life but no pressure." The Teacher continues to lecture.
In the corner of her eye, she see Nate, Chuck, and Bruce or the "trouble 3 sum" as she likes to call them, sneak out of the assembly assumingely to smoke. She was envious of them for being able to sneak out.
Of course Alexa wanted to pursue further education but she lacked motivation she just didn't care. As long as she had her fathers money she didn't really seem to believe an education for her was necessary.
It was Rafael's dream to take over the company thus him going to Harvard which her father probably even bought him a ticket in, but Alexa knew she had to go to college even if her father doesn't give 2 shits about her, her brother Rafael would be damned if his little sister didn't get higher education.
Alexa tunes back into the assembly "Blair Waldorf will announce the charity her community outreach committee will honour this year."
Blair looks at Alexa and smiles.
Suddenly Kati looks at the two brunettes smiling at each other "Have you seen Serena?" Isabel joins in "I wonder where she is."
Blair annoyed responds "Know what I wonder? How we're supposed to hear anything about Yale with all this talk about Serena." While Alexa rolls her eyes
The assembly finally ended with relief washing over Alexa. All the Students are exiting the assembly.
Serena runs up the stairs and stops at Dan
"Please don't tell me it's over."
"What? You were there; I would say it's pretty over."Dan says
Serena sighs "I meant the assembly."
"Alright, no, yeah, it just ended, now." Dan states
Serena whispers to herself "Damn it."
Dan looks at the blond and starts to walk away "Alright, good luck"
Watching lonely boy walk away she responds "Yeah, you too"
Blair approaches Serena, Kati and Isabel are approaching behind Blair while Alexa is right next to her
"Aww too bad you missed the assembly. Not that it matters, Brown doesn't offer degrees in slut."
