NYC #1 it girl, Alexa Solano, may seem to have it all on the outside: Money, Love, Happiness, but in reality, it's not true. While grateful for the wealth she was born with it's the reason why she's so dead inside.

Looking at the beautiful view of the city, a feeling of nostalgia overcomes me. Being back in the city after a year got my stomach into knots. Sure I loved New York it was the only place that really felt like home, but besides my 4 best friends there wasnt much left for me here anymore.
The train comes to a stop, getting me out of my thoughts. Bags in hand , I look around the train station and spot my driver.
"Welcome back, Ms. Solano"
I laugh, "How many times have a told you not to call me Ms, you can call me Alexa, I'm not 50 "
I get into the car and rest my head on the dashboard as the car goes in motion on its way to the upper east side.
One thing I certainly do not miss is Gossip Girl, a blogger who sends blast messages exposing people in the upper east side. Which causes drama of course and while entertaining, upper east side drama is damaging.
I feel a vibration on my lap and get a notification, on cue:
Hey Upper East Siders. Gossip Girl here. And I have the biggest news ever. One of my many sources, Melanie91, sends us this: "Spotted at Grand Central, bags in hand: Alexa Solano." Was it only a year ago our It Girl mysteriously disappeared for "boarding school"? And just as suddenly, she's back. Don't believe me? See for yourselves. Lucky for us, Melanie91 sent proof. This just in, not only has our It-girl appeared but looks like Serena Van Der Woodsen has come back on her 3-month vacation rumored to be in California. Wonder what Blair Waldorf thinks. Sure at least Serena said goodbye and they're BFFs, but we always thought Blair's boyfriend Nate had a thing for Serena.

Bruce Wayne and Chuck Bass sit side by side while minions Kati and Isabel sit on each opposite ends. The two boys plus Nate Archibald have always been close they were practically like brothers, after all growing up in a world like there's isn't so easy.
As Nate walks by hand in hand with his girlfriend Blair, Chuck makes a smoking gesture with his hands
"Nathaniel, any interest in getting some fresh air with Bruce"
Nate smiles "when I get back?"
"If he gets back" Blair says, pulling Nate upstairs, leaving the two boys laugh and shaking their heads
A gasp comes out of Kati getting their attention, "Oh my god! You'll never believe what's on Gossip Girl"
Isabel chimes in "Someone saw Alexa getting off the train at Grand Central and Serena at the airport "
Chuck plays with his drink, "Good. Things were getting a little dull around here."
Bruce is frozen, he can't believe that his best friend, the girl of his dreams, was really back after leaving for a year without even a goodbye.
