Neil and Avni were both all set to meet the doctor and collect the reports. Avni was hell nervous and Neil was trying to console her that everything will be normal though he himself was a bit tensed. The doctor called them. Avni stands up while Neil holds her hand assuring her that he is always there for her, she passes a nervous smile seeing his sweet gesture. The thing which the doctor told, shook beyond them. Avni was suffering from leukemia, and it was the first stage, there were a little chances for her survival but nothing was confirmed. Avni just ran from there after hearing the news, Neil remained there, collected the files and completed all the formalities. He was trying to be calm, but was breaking inside. He was feeling like the air was suffocating him and his heart felt heavy.
He went back to Avni's home thinking that she might have returned home. But to his surprise the room was all empty and silent. He called her but no response, he looks here and there and a lone tear escaped through his eyes seeing their photo on her table. He picked the photo. While picking it he noticed that the drawer was open and there were many stationary items and there were many decorated envelopes below that same photo, he frowned. It took him some seconds to realise that Avni was that secret admirer. He sat with a thud on the chair. With a heavy heart, he opened the envelope and saw a half written letter. It was the same letter, he was waiting for but his secret admirer never sent him that. He wondered what might be the reason be, but he forgot about all this because of Avni's health and now he realised that Avni was the secret admirer and because of her ill health she wrote half letter and don't send him. Now everything was getting crystal-clear to him.
(Ps. Avni was seeing his pics. and letters yesterday night and she forgot to keep them secretly again.)
He was feeling immense guilty, that how could he not realise his feelings for her earlier, how did he failed to recognise his soulmate when she was infront of him all the time. He cried as he remembered doctor's words. He wiped his tears harshly as he knew it was not the time to cry and regret, he ran towards terrace thinking that she can be there.
He reached on the terrace and what he saw shattered his heart. She was sitting holding her knees. She slowly lifts her head as she feels his presence. A tear escaped her eyes as she knew that he can never be hers.
Tum par bhi yaqeen hai Aur maut par bhi aitbaar hai Dekhte hai pahle kaun milta hai Hame to dono ka intezaar hai.
He goes near her and hugs her, she just cries and he feels deep pain in his heart as she doesn't hugs him back. Avni was going through a whirlpool of emotions, she thought of not keeping her feelings a secret atleast not before dieing.
Avni: Ne...Neil..
Neil: Kya hua Avni.
Avni breaks the hugs and holds his hand she mumbles an 'I love you' between her sobs. He already knew this but still he feels overwhelmed hearing her feelings about him for the first time. He remains silent and she thinks that maybe his answer is no, so she quietly stands on her place when she feels him picking her in his arms, she remained shocked and couldn't utter a single word. He takes her to the room and made her lay on the bed and covered her with the duvet. "Sleep", he says and was about to go when she holds his hands.
Avni: Mujhe kuch ho gaya to tum mujhe bhool to nahi jaoge na. (She says with great difficulty while he lacks of words, he knows that if he will say something then he will completely broke down in front of her which will make her sad and he wants to make her think positively. He just remained silent looking at her.)
Agar koyi khata ho gayi ho To saza bata do Kyu hai itna dard Iski wajah bata do Bhale hi der ho gayi ho Tumhe pehchaan ne me Magar tumhe bhool jayenge Ye khayal dil se mita do
He just kissed her forehead affectionately and made her sleep, because of being extremely tired, she slept peacefully. He went from there. In morning Avni woke up, she saw a beautiful dress on the couch and there was a note on side-table. She picks that note and reads,
Good evening, Don't think too much, there's no need to become Sherlock Holmes. Just be ready and come to your favourite place.
She smiles as she thinks that Neil is doing all this, she gets ready, applying only simple makeup and wearing a heart-shaped pendant looking extremely beautiful just like a fairy angel from heaven.

She reached her favourite place which was the beach where she and Neil would spend time together. She gets shocked looking at the beautiful decorations and there his prince charming proposed her giving her all the happiness which she was craving for.( Refers to the first part of this shot go and read if you don't remember)
Flashback ends,(back to the scene from where this scene started I hope you remember, their convo)
After, 5 years.
A big lavish mansion is shown. A cute, sweet little girl is running in the garden and a beautiful lady is running behind her.
Avni: Princess, stop running you will fall baccha.
Mishti: No mamma catch me if you can.
(She giggles saying this and runs. She was running looking behind at her mother and while running she collides with a person. She makes a cute pout seeing that person.[she is like her mother pout queen])
Mishti: Papa you helped mamma. This is cheating.
Avni: Everything is fair in love and war cutie pie.
Mishti: I love you a lot.
Avneil: We love you too.
(They tickled her and she starts laughing.)

(Avni was cured from the disease as it was her first stage. Their life became stable. And their happiness knew no bounds when they were blessed with a cute little baby girl.)
