also a bit late, sorry :( i think the story might finish soon

"Your majesty! We have found evidence of Princess Tsunami's statement."

"Oh, really? Of this ridiculous idea that reincarnation is possible?" Coral drily responded.

"Yes, your majesty. We have heard the traitor Typhoon repeat multiple times of his plans of reincarnation, but we ignored it because we thought that it wasn't possible. Of course, not because of your opinions, your majesty," the spy hastily said. "Such a great mind would never be wrong."

I snorted quietly to myself but said nothing to embarrass my mother.

"Yes, yes. So what made you believe of this plan of reincarnation?"

"We saw the equipment ourselves, your majesty. Typhoon is working with the Talons of Power to attempt such a feat. After all, those Talons have a multitudinous amount of animus. They sent said animus to help Typhoon."

Coral growled. "Those insolent, mindless miscreants! They understand nothing, yet they still profess to have good intentions, all while attempting to ruin the SeaWing kingdom and tribe! Their only real intention can be to conquer the kingdom and place Typhoon as a puppet on the throne!"

"Whirlpool, actually, once he's reincarnated," I inserted. Mother ignored me.

"What equipment have you seen?"

"Your majesty, they have a soulless dragon body ready and prepared. They have connected it to a machine that keeps it alive, and a flock of animus dragons ready to pull the ghost in. There is another group of animus who are looking for the soul of Whirlpool. Again, I didn't believe the plot, your majesty, until I saw Whirlpool himself, transparent and white, being pulled from a bowl of murky black liquid. Before Whirlpool was tugged back in, he even spoke. I was too far to hear what he said, but his voice sounded exactly like Whirlpool's."

Mother frowned. "Hmm. It seem this plan may indeed be true. And you saw this within the castle?"

"No, your majesty. It was in a scuffed open-area platform, a short distance from the castle. However, it appears that an animus enchantment prevents anyone from entering, apart from the entrance in the castle, which has been blocked by the army"

"So they can't enter it."

"Ahem...however, your majesty, they seemed to have feared that they would be locked out, and have prepared some precautionary keys to enter the area, according to a note we managed to poke out of the area. The keys are hidden within the castle, and the other spies are currently looking for them amongst the ruins."

"I will send my army to assist." Coral nodded.

"We're not going to go?" I growled.

"Of course not. Such a trivial task. It is unfitting, unbecoming of a royal." Mother gave a horrified gasp. The only thing that would have topped it would be a clutch at her real, non imaginary pearls.

"So, we're not going to do anything to help for now?"

Mother sighed. "Yes, we will sit here while waiting for our spies and the army to give results. What else would you have us do?"

"Go with them?"

"It is a risky pursuit that we cannot do." Mother snapped.

"How is it risky?" I scowled.

Coral sighed again. "Tsunami, I will not change my mind in this. After they find the keys, we will go in to execute Typhoon, and this mess will be over."

Sounds simple. Let's see if it'll really be that simple to kill that blueberry.

i know this is really really short but it's nearly 12 and my brain isn't working ;-;
