He hears an excited voice as soon as he picks up the phone.
Jungkook smiles widely hearing his mom's voice after so many days. His parents along with his younger brother live in Busan. He wanted them to shift to Seoul with him but his parents didn't want to leave their hometown and Jungkook just wished for their happiness so he let them be.
"Hey mom, how are you doing?" Jungkook speaks, pecking Bella and moon's forehead.
"I'm doing good. And I have a surprise for you!!" Jungkook hears his mom squeal through the phone, he rolls his eyes already knowing about all her plans, it was really obvious from his previous experiences.
"Mom, not again please" He groans, already picturing himself in yet another cringey meeting with a complete stranger and his/her family.
"No you listen to me!! This time the person is not a stranger, you already know him and even meet him almost daily!! And even me and your dad have met him!! He's perfect for you!! I'm not taking no as an answer this time. I'm done with your stupid bunny brain, now you will follow as I say kookie." Jungkook sighs wondering who's this person exactly and why is his mother so serious this time.
"Mommmm.....this isn't fair!! You're literally forcing me now!!" Jungkook whines while pouting adorably sitting up on his bed, moon and Bella let out small whines too missing his embrace.
"Jungkookie my baby bun, you know how much worried I am for you all the time. You don't take interest in someone and keep rejecting the one's the I choose for you but this time I really really like the boy and I assure you, you won't regret this bun. Trust your mother on this bunny. I love you, I'm not forcing you if you don't feel comfortable you're free to reject again, but promise me you'll try to give him a chance. Promise me" Mrs.Jeon speaks in soft voice, he could tell that she had turned really emotional. Jungkook sighs he knows how much worried his mother was for him, he could at least try to give the person a chance for her, he knows his mother won't pressurize him into anything.
"Okay, I promise you mom" Jungkook speaks immediately breaking into a huge smile as he hears squeals from the other side. He hears a car horn from other side suddenly becoming alert because it was really late and unsafe to be outside.
"Are you in a car? Why are you out so late, it's almost midnight?! Is everything alright?" Jungkook panicks.
"C-car? No-o no jungkookie we are at h-home--" Mrs.Jeon stutters.
"Mom" Jungkook cuts her off, voice serious and filled with frustation, he was really anxious about their well being now.
"Oh jungkookie, please don't be stressed. Your mom here couldn't really stop herself, she wanted to suprise you. We are currently in car right now and in almost 2 hours we would reach to your mansion. She had scheduled the meeting with Taehyung's parents tomorrow itself and didn't want to reschedule it. Please don't be worried we have a driver with us, we would reach there safely." Mr.Jeon explains the situation to him, as Mrs.Jeon pushed the phone towards him clearly trying to escape from jungkook's scoldings.
"Dad-- You guys-- Omg!! You could have just rescheduled the meeting! How could you guys decide to travel around so recklessly? You want me to not worry, really? I swear mom I'm not talking to you this time, you guys can get sick because of sudden travelling and what about yeonjun's college?! And who the hell is this Taehyung now?" Jungkook rambles angrily but he was more worried now, he was sure he won't be able to sleep till his family reaches safe at his mansion. He remembers some 'Taehyung' mentioned by his father, questioning his father about that too. He knows only one taehyung which was his secretary.
"Taehyung, Kim Taehyung, he's the one your mom was talking about." Mr.Jeon responds.
"K-kim? Is this perhaps my secretary Kim Taehyung?" Jungkook questions hesitantly.
"Yes of course jungkookie. Okay now you should sleep. The gaurd will allow us in obviously and we know the password of your entrance door, don't be worried. Good night." Jungkook stares dazed at his phone's screen, displaying his call log. He still couldn't recover that it's Kim Taehyung, his secretary who has been working for him for so many years now.
Oh. He brought back to reality by Bella's bark who nudges him to lie down with her. He sighs before petting both of his babies making sure they are asleep, he leaves to the living room deciding to wait till his parents arrive safely.

He lies down on the couch, fiddling with the phone in his hands, lost in his thoughts again.
How did Kim Taehyung agree to marry him? And importantly they had a huge age gap between them? And not to mention his mom is already very pleased with the idea? He couldn't decide it was a good or bad thing.
Jungkook had never seen Taehyung more than a employee and now that he thinks of it he doesn't really know taehyung personally. He just remembers guiding taehyung during his early days, the guy was very hardworking and talented for someone so inexperienced. Now that he thinks more he's relieved actually, because as far as he knows Taehyung has a good personality.
He just hopes Taehyung would understand if he refuses the proposal. He wasn't sure if he ready to give this a chance but he was definitely curious to see what taehyung had to say about this marriage.
Jungkook flinches as he hears a loud bark followed by many more barks. He sighs, calming down from the shock wondering how long he had been spacing out.
"I'm here girls" He speaks loudly, trying to stop his babies from barking who were possibly searching for him in the whole mansion. Soon the two golden fluffballs climb up near him, cuddling with Bella's body next to him and moon in between his legs with her head on his stomach.
It almost felt like a blanket , his babies are so cuddly with all the fluffy hair on them. He soon drifts off to sleep without even knowing.
It's when he hears a few giggles and whispers he wakes up from his slumber only to find his mom and dad sitting on the couch opposite to him petting Bella while his brother sits on another couch smooching Moon who was licking all over his face happily.
"Oh you're awake" Jungkook hears his mother say. He immediately glares at her playfully, watching as she smiles sheepishly.
"Care to explain this mom" He crosses his arm as puts up a serious face. Soon both Bella and Moon run back to him as soon as they see him awake, cuddling next to him.
"Kookie~~ My baby bunn~~ I was just really excited! Please don't be mad at your mom" Mrs.Jeon speaks with a huge pout on her face.
"I wasn't mad mom just worried. Please don't repeat this again." Jungkook speaks softly, embracing his mom. After their hugging session everyone decides to rest because they had to prepare for the visit at Kim's tomorrow.
