Chapter 26

AUTHOR'S POV

"This is too much Mr.Jeon!! How can we work without advance payments?!"
Mr.Kim asked a little loudly, startling everyone in the meeting room.

"It is what it is Mr.Kim. We don't want to face any loss because of your company. You deliver the products on time, you receive payment and if you anyhow fail to complete the task then no payment"
Taehyung clarified instead of Kook, too happy with the contract they had came up with.

"But-----"

"Whatever my secretary stated is final, Mr.Kim. If you don't like the conditions you can simply leave, we wouldn't want you to force yourself now do we?"
Kook cut off Mr.Kim in between before he continue with his complaints. Kook raised his eyebrows with a cold face, challenging Mr.Kim to deny the contract.

Mr.Kim shivered along with his company people who had tagged along with him. He didn't want to challenge Jungkook directly, he wasn't capable enough to play fairly, he had to depend on back stabbing instead.

"We can always adjust Mr.Jeon. I'll be honoured to work along with The Jeon Corporation"
Mr.Kim said hurriedly, signing the contract immediately, he didn't want to destroy his chances of profits by offending The CEO.

Jungkook just smugly watched the pathetic man in front him, as long this game doesn't harm his husband and family, he would be ready to play it. He just hopes that Mr.Kim wouldn't do anything stupid because he didn't know what he would do if Mr.kim harms any of his loved ones.

"Congratulations Mr.Kim"
Jungkook said leaving the meeting room with his secretary who couldn't stop smirking at his so called father tauntingly.

Mr.Kim sighed before placing the just signed contract next to him on the backseat of his car while the driver drives him back to his Mansion.

He entered the mansion only to be met with silence. His wife had disappeared from his sight, left to God knows where and it didn't seem like she would return back any soon.

"Good for her"
Mr.Kim muttered to himself, just acting like he didn't miss how his wife stood near the couch holding a glass of water as soon as he arrived back from the office.

A maid eyed her boss suspiciously, she wondered if the old man was facing any mental problems. She had heard him shouting like a mad bull yesterday along with the other workers in the house.

"What?!"
Mr.Kim snapped at the maid who had been staring at him intensely since forever.

"S-Sorry"
The maid mumbled running away from the old man-bull, who knows when he would get one of his mental attacks.

"Dad"
Mr.Kim heard joon's voice as soon as he settled down on the couch.

"Hm?"
Mr.Kim hummed lazily, all of a sudden he felt ashamed to meet his son's eyes. After all not only he had cheated on the said man's mother but also hid his husband's truth from him.

"I know everything"
Joon said in a dangerously calm voice.

"Huh?"
Mr.Kim snapped his head as soon as he heard what Joon said, a horrified expression on his face. He didn't care if he knew about him but he shouldn't know about his husband, not yet at least.

"I said I know everything and I've decided that I want my own shares of the Kim Corporation as soon as possible"
Joon stated, his face neutral not showing his real emotions at all.

"HOW DARE YOU?!!"
Mr.Kim screamed as loud as he could, he couldn't believe his ears. First his younger son then his wife and now his eldest son!!! Why the hell suddenly everyone decided to rebel?! He thought frustatedly.

"WHY?! WHY ALL OF A SUDDEN?!"
Mr.Kim continued screaming, grabbing the attention of maids and servants who flinched ready to witness a old man-bull again.

"As far as I know I've worked hard since last few years for the company and got some huge deals too. Thus I deserve good share out of it. After all the things done by you, I no longer wish to work with you dad"
Joon explained calmly.

"I DON'T CARE!! I WON'T SHARE ANYTHING!! I WON'T---"
Mr.Kim shouted agressively, panting like a mad man, he grabbed a vase only to throw it across the living room. He continued to destroy the things around while Joon just watched everything blankly.

Meanwhile in between the chaos both of them failed to notice a somewhat tired Jhope entering the mansion. He hadn't expected to witness a wild Mr.Kim and almost blank Joon. He was definitely taken by surprise today, yet he decided to see it for himself what the fight was about.

"You will have to dad. If not you then court will give me my rights"
Joon said, smirking slightly.

"Sign up these papers till tomorrow morning or else I'll be forced to file up a case against you, which might be harmful for you taking your current situation with mom--"
Joon smirked, throwing a file on the couch next to him. He was fed up of everything, now all he wanted was some peace.

If Joon filed a case against Mr.Kim then everything will be investigated properly which might expose Mr.Kim's frequent hook-ups and club nights, clearly displaying his irrational behaviour towards the company leaving him with no shares at all. Thus, it was wise for him to handover the shares without any argument.

"YOU BASTARD!!!! HOW COULD YOU-!!"
Mr.Kim roared.

"Hubby?"
Suddenly a sweet high pitched voice is heard making the both males turn their head towards the sound. Mr.Kim rolled his eyes, disgusted at the man in front of him while Namjoon had somewhat the same expressions.

"Hubby? What's going on?"
Jhope said, making a fake worried expression. He walked forward to hug Joon only to pushed back harshly.

"STAY BACK BITCH!!"
Namjoon shouted, throwing a disgusted glare at his so-called husband.

Jhope stumbled back, somehow managing to balance himself from the harsh push, gasping at his husband's words. Never in these years Joon raised his voice at him let alone cursing.

What else did he miss?
Jhope wondered nervously.
