Chapter 9

AUTHOR'S POV

Jungkook sighs falling back onto his bed, gazing at ceiling while Moon and Bella cuddle next to him, he couldn't stop himself from thinking about Taehyung.

Taehyung, his secretary and now soon to be husband. As a secretary Taehyung was a confident and hardworking person but outside the office Taehyung was a innocent and lonely man who deserved to be treated with love and care, someone who knew how to stand up for himself.

He wanted to be the one for Taehyung, the one who loves and cares for him just as he deserves, the one who holds his hand during difficult situations, the one who protects him from the outside world. Yet he also wanted to be the one to receive the same love and protection, he wanted to form a unbreakable bond of love and trust between them.

Maybe he was unsure of his decision before meeting Taehyung but now he was sure that they could work this out together. He could already picture himself with Taehyung as a lovely married couple.

He couldn't believe it himself that he could be interested in someone just in a day. But then again Taehyung was really a unique being who considers everyone's feelings before his and cries when someone shows him care. He wanted to be the one to protect someone so kind hearted from this cruel world. He knew Taehyung was capable of protecting himself but he wanted to be his shield who faces all the problems first, before touching Taehyung.

He smiles at his own thoughts, he was thankful to his mother for choosing Tae. He unknowingly tightens his hands around moon and Bella who were in his embrace. The fluffballs could sense his his jolly mood, he was brought out of his never-ending thoughts by sudden excited licks on his face by both of his babies.

"Hey hey girls"
Jungkook giggles trying to escape from the his babygirls.
"Are you guys happy? I'm happy too. I met your papa today. We can call him that right?" He talks to his dogs who were listening to him carefully.

"Well your papa is very beautiful and I will introduce him to you guys soon"
Jungkook tells them with a huge bunny grin which turns into a yelp as Bella decides to jump at his chest knocking out his lungs while Moon barks jumping on his stomach.

"Ugh sometimes I forget how excited you two get. I almost died right now. Bad girls" Jungkook scolds the the two dogs who whine hearing 'bad girls'. They look at Jungkook with big puppy eyes, trying to escape from more scoldings.

"Stop stop not that look. I spoiled you guys too much" He says embracing his babies back covering them with the duvet, he himself couldn't scold the his two adorable babies.

They stay cuddled up to each other, drifting off to sleep.

Taehyung rolls his eyes for the nth time, watching his family members open the gifts given by Jeon's happily. Most of the gifts were sent for him but of course the pathetic losers didn't let him take them. He wasn't really bothered what irked him was the watch his mother in law gifted him as a first gift, which was given to Jhope by his father for being the 'good' son.

He just hated staying at the Kim Mansion but Mr.Kim told him that they had to act like a happy family to not look suspicious but who would tell him The Jeon's already knew about the family's reality. And now he was stuck to watch them till his wedding.

Even his mother was ignoring him, he could see her gushing over a perfume with his father. She was really his father's doll, literally going to the extent of turning blind to her children's suffering to please her husband. He couldn't wait to get rid of this plastic family!

"I'll be off to sleep" Taehyung announces getting up to leave to his room.

"As if anyone cares" He hears Jhope snickering behind his back. Tae ignores, not really wanting to argue with anyone in particular.

Mrs. Jeon had invited him to visit the Jeon Mansion tomorrow as she wanted to have some conversation in 'peace'. Not her fault though his father is really annoying.

He would be facing the Jeon's personally tomorrow for the first time, their meeting at Kim Mansion doesn't really count. He was extremely nervous yet excited to meet Jungkook again.

He had personally prepared some gifts for every family member from his own money. He was financially stable, maybe a little bit rich too, you couldn't underestimate the salary of a employee at Jeon Corporation.

He covers himself with the duvet, curling himself into a ball, feeling happy and excited for something after a long time.
