I like Madonna's music I really do but I never pictured I would have to sing her music to a whole karaoke bar. I feel like I'm going to puke and I don't know if it's from nerves, all the wedding cake I've eaten or the fact that I've been around Reece for so long.
And why would Reece pick like a virgin anyways? I haven't felt like a virgin since the day I lost my virginity to Randy Clark in the back of his dad's car the summer I turned 15. I wonder how Randy is, I haven't spoken to him since we ruined his dad's brand new leather car seats.
It wasn't my fault Randy said he wanted to be with an inexperienced virgin and he definitely got what he asked for. His father came home that day and locked himself in his room and cried after he lectured poor Randy and Randy told me never to call him again and whenever I saw him in the hallways at school he would run the other direction.
The opening notes to like a virgin start playing and I pretend I'm Madonna performing in front of thousands of screaming fans while they chant my name. They love me.
"I made it through the wilderness
Somehow I made it through

Until I found you." I lock eyes with Reece and start strutting across the stage the way I think Madonna would.
"I was beat
Incomplete
I'd been had I was sad and blue

Shiny and new." I take my microphone off the stand and start walking off the stage and towards Reece doing my version of a Madonna strut.
"Hoo, like a virgin

Next to mine." I make it to Reece and lock eyes with him as I start stroking his face while singing.

My fear is fading fast

'Cause only love can last." I nip his jaw with my teeth and feel him take a breath. As he tries to grab my waist I take a step back.

What was scared and cold." I stand in front of Reece and start dancing sexily but still stand at a distance where he can't reach me.

With your heartbeat next to mine." I keep my eyes locked on Reece while I dance like he's the only one watching.

Whoa." I move my finger in a come here gesture and when Reece stands up I Madonna strut over to him.

I've nothing to hide." I take Reece's arms and put them around my waist while I grind up against him while looking in his eyes.

Next to mine." I keep grinding against Reece.

And you love me." I move closer to Reece until our bodies are smashed together and I'm just a breath away from his lips.

Whoa oh ho, ho." I sing this part all breathy making it sound like a moan while looking into his eyes as I guide him back to his seat and sit him down.
"Ooh baby
Yeah
Can't you hear my heart beat
For the very first time?" I sit in Reece's lap while I sing this part to him. At the end of the song he grabs me by the back of my head and starts kissing me.
The audience cheers as we pull away and I Madonna strut back up to the stage to return the microphone and then return to Reece's lap.
The announcer goes back on stage to announce the last act of the night. "Wow folks wasn't Kamryn amazing?" Loud cheers erupt from the audience and I blush as Reece kisses me on the cheek.
"Best performance of the night so far how long have the two of you been together?" The announcer asks.
"Uhh we're not.." I try to say.
"Two years." Reece cuts in.
"Any wedding bells in the near future? You guys make an adorable couple your kids will be the cutest little things." She says.
"We're not even..." I try to finish my sentence but I'm cut off yet again.
"We're married and she's pregnant." Reece cuts in once again. Surprise surprise.
"Well congratulations to you both and the last act of the night is anyway you want it by journey sung by Pete Solomon let's give him a nice warm round of applause and get off your seats and dance it's the last act of the night."
The opening chords to the song start and I turn towards Reece. "Do you maybe want to get out of here?" I ask hoping he'll invite me back to his place.
"Yeah I just need to call my chauffeur I'll just take a second." He responds while digging in his pockets and pulling out a sleek back iPhone. Wait what?!
"So what you're telling me is you had a phone this whole time?!" I explode. The dumb ass could have saved us the entire time.
"Yeah why?" He replies nonchalantly.
"You're seriously asking me why?! Why?! Cause you could have called someone for us this whole time you moron why didn't you call someone?!" I furiously state.
"We were having so much fun didn't you like cutting loose? and I honestly forgot I had my phone I'm sorry Kamryn okay?" Reece responds.
"Well sorry isn't good enough just call your chauffeur and take me back to my place." I walk away to go wait outside when Reece grabs me by the arm and spins me around.
"Not until you tell me we're okay." He replies.
"We? There's no we there's no us we're not married we're not dating and we're not even friends. We are nothing." I harshly point out.
"I knew it was too good to be true, you being nice to me for this long welcome back bitch." Reece curtly fires back.
"I'm not a bitch I'm realistic now call your freaking limo rich boy." I brazenly reply.
"I'll be glad to, I can't stand bitches."
"Awesome I can't stand Reece Warner."
"Real mature."
"I know. I pride myself on my maturity."
One awkward car ride later I make it home and go in my bathroom to take a nice warm shower cause I'm freezing.
I get in the shower and wash my hair face and body. Once I get out of the shower I change into sweats and an old raggedy t shirt and climb into bed wishing that today was only a nightmare.
