Peter and Heavy would gove to live a normal life in Quahog happily married. Heavy finally finished writing his book and published it to the public. It becomes an immediate best seller around the world even outselling Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter books.
Peter continued to work whatever his job was (Idk I didn't fully watch Family Guy) and managed to get paid big cash. With his and Heavy's money combined, they decided to buy an even bigger house outside of Quahog. They found a good deal on a mansion in the Bahamas in front of the beach. Both bought it immediately. They could now live peacefully in luxury without any disturbance.
For Peter's ex-wife Lois however, things weren't really looking so great for her. She and her kids were homeless and barely found anything to eat. So they boiled Brian alive and ate him. It was very hard for Stewie but he had to do it because he was malnourished. They lived like that for a few months until all of them died when they got hit by a truck.
Medic and Scout also got married except nobody came to their wedding. They bought a trailer with their remaining money as they didn't have enough to buy a house. It was hard for both of them but their love for each other was never affected. But both became depressed day after day until they got their hands on drugs. They couldn't live without them and frequently consumed weed and heroin. Unfortunately, they both died from an overdose shortly after they found out Heavy and Peter got married out of jealousy.
