I don't know where my chapter two went! It was accidentally deleted?? Well, I'll just write a quicker version of it, basically it was a recap of the episodes after Anurag got released and before the wedding.
Here's a place holder until I can find it again.

Anurag was released and Anupam helped him sign out at the jail.

"Kitna lucky hai na tu! Prerna jaisi patni mil rahi hai tujhe! Tujhe pata nahi hai, Annu, ussne tere liye kya kuch nahi kiya!"

Anurag brushed him off. "Prerna ne kya karna tha? Sabh kuch to maine karwaya tha."

"But... Annu... chalo chorro. Abh ghar chalte hai," he said as they were walking out.

"One second," Anurag paused and made a phone call.

"Abh tak to news pohonch gayi ho gi aapko. Main baahir hoon, and I'm coming for you. Check mate, Mr. Bajaj."

"Game to abhi shuru hui hai, Mr. Basu. Don't play your hand too early. Remember, jeetta wohi hai, jiske paas queen hai. May luck be in your favor."

Mr. Bajaj smirked and hung up. Of course he knew Anurag was free. He had arranged it himself. Or rather, helped arrange it. He'd let his lawyer be "bought" by Basu, and he'd given the tape to the Basu's actual lawyer himself. So far, only Rishabh had moved any pieces on the board. Or rather, again, it was all Prerna.

"Mr. Bajaj, aap se koi milne aaya hai," his housekeeper said and Rishabh smirked as he allowed them in. Speak of the queen, he thought.

Prerna stormed in and told him he could start preparing the wedding. She also gave him new conditions, but he was happy to accept anything as long as she married him.

Veena had spent the day at Basu Badi, with a rare happy Mohini ji. They were all so excited about Anurag getting out and thankful for Prerna. In their happiness, they moved the wedding date up to tomorrow... which was the same day as the Bajaj wedding.

Veena was left speechless and was silent on her way home. When she entered her street, a man in a suit was asking for directions and the store owner was pointing at Veena.

"Aap Ms. Prerna Sharma ke ghar se hain?" The man asked.

"Ji..." Veena replied, and the man passed her a suitcase.

"Yeh Mr. Bajaj ne bheja hai, Prerna ma'am ka wedding dress."

Veena nervously took it and the man congratulated her before going away.

Prerna was already home when Veena got there. The mother daughter spent the night crying in each other's arms.
