19. Dodgeball

"Where have you been sleeping before this?" Sky questioned as Hope moved her stuff back in.

"A hotel. I stole a bit of money that I returned later and then got a room."

"Nice." Sky smiled as Hope unpacked.

"What?" Hope asked, watching Sky stare at her.

"It's just...good to have you back Hopey." Sky smiled at her.

"I'm gonna be late. See ya." Sky rushed out the room.

As Jed and Sky were the last ones in dodgeball, they engaged in a intense 1v1.

They both continued to dodge each other's balls, back and forth it went on before Sky threw a fastball that threw Jed off, smacking him in the stomach and knocking him off his feet and sliding him back into the wall.

Sky approached him, holding out a hand for him to grab, which he accepted, and helped him up.

When a witch decided to drop a plate and scratch herself, making her bleed, almost everyone in the room stood up.

"Vamps clear out, now!" Dorian yelled as the vamps sped out.

"Jed, Sky. Take control of your pack."

"Wolves. Follow us." Sky ordered them as they followed out. In the months that Hope was forgotten, Jed had retaken Alpha and decided to co-Alpha with Sky.

Sky approached Josie and Lizzie's room with a carton of ice cream. She lifted her hand to knock, but stopped suddenly. She lingered her hand near the door. There were so many thoughts in her mind.

Nobody would notice if you were gone.

Sky gulped, dropping her arm down, and just about when she was about to leave, Lizzie opened the door, tears brimming her eyes.

"Sorry. I just.. heard you outside and I really need someone right now." Lizzie muttered as she took the ice cream, inviting Sky in.

Sky wiped away her tears quickly. "Movie?"

"Yes please." Lizzie said as Sky pulled out her laptop and sat on Lizzie's bed with her, pulling up a movie.
