A Dragon's Love

Arriving

Tae Young's POV

The concert in New York was another success, we did fan signings, took pictures with our fans, and my band members and I just hung out at New York before we had to travel to Toronto. As we packed to leave for the airport, I couldn't help but think about my girlfriend that I haven't seen in over 6 months. Sure we have been dating for a little over a year now, but we hardly saw each other due to my job and her mother, which I have to say that she is not my favorite person. 

I remembered the day when I asked Xi-Xi to be my girlfriend. It was like a feeling I have never known, back at the concert in Shanghai when I looked into her eyes I saw love, protectiveness, warmth, and I honestly felt the same too despite me never meeting her before.

 We had somehow got stuck in Shanghai for three weeks and I took that time to spend it with her and I got to know more about her. When she told me that she could turn into a dragon and that she mated with me, I blushed and felt happy that she too felt the same way about me. 

I asked her to be my girlfriend five days before we had to leave. We were rushing our relationship, I admit, but we felt a pull and not because Xi-Xi is a dragon and that she mated with me, but because we felt a pull like no other. When she said yes, I felt like the most luckiest boy in the world. We spent the last few days with each other and when I had to leave the first thing I did when I arrived on the plane was to call her.

"-ung, Tae Young, TAE YOUNG!" I was snapped out of my thoughts when I heard Robaire call my name. I looked up and saw my friends with concerned looks.

"Are you okay? We have been trying to call you for the past five minutes," Jesse replied, I smiled and nodded going back to finishing my suitcases.

"You sure? 'Cause if not we could help you," T said after a while. I looked back up at them with a pout on my face, I bit my lip trying to hold the tears, they came rushing in around me asking if  was okay and if something happened. I sat down on my bed, tiny droplets of my tears fell from my face onto my lap as I leaned into Jesse's embrace. My voice cracked a little as I spoke, "I-I miss h-her so much, I miss Kiyomi so much." They instantly knew who I was talking about and they give me sad looks. Aaron Z was rubbing my back telling me it would be okay.

"You'll see her again don't worry, nothing can keep you two apart," Robaire said with a small smile on his face. 

"Yeah and the next time you see her it'll be full of warmth love and happiness," Jesse remarked. I nodded wiping the tears off my face and got up. My band members moved to give me room and I picked up my suitcase and put it near the door. I left the room and into the bathroom and shut the door.

Time skip 

We arrived at the airport and there were so many fans that if the security wasn't there blocking them we would have a hard time getting on the plane. I got out of the car, grabbing my backpack, and walked in the airport with the rest of my friends. 

After thirty minutes of our fans following us, we arrived at the plane where they could no longer follow us. We gave our tickets to the attendants and walked into first class. I looked at my phone and texted Xi-Xi. As we chatted I could feel myself smiling. That was until she said that her mother was worse then ever, I frowned and texted back, telling her that she shouldn't go through that. She responded back about my next concert. I told her that it's in Toronto and she replied back saying that she is in Toronto right now. I felt elated that I might be able to see her. We kept texting until she said that her mother is outside her room. I texted okay and shut off my phone sighing happily. 

I turned my phone back on and looked at the time, it took about an hour and eleven minutes to get to Toronto so I decided to take a nap before we get there.

Time skip

I woke up to Aaron T shaking me. I groaned and opened one eye.

"C'mon, bud, we here," he said flicking my forehead. I swatted his hand away, stretched and got up. I grabbed my suitcase and followed the rest of the band outside. I overheard T and Z talking how they hoped that the Pandapocalypse doesn't happen again. I quickly ran up to them.

"Don't you know not to jinx anything," I grinned at them. They rolled their eyes and punched my shoulder which I rubbed. 

"I want to resign if I have to put up with your bullying," I glared, "Jesse! Aaron T and Z keep bullying me." I saw Jesse scold them for hurting their youngest brother. I chuckled, Jesse and Robaire would literally treat me like the baby in our group which I don't always mind. 

We headed towards the car and waved at a few fans that saw us. I looked out the window and saw birds flying reminding me of my own Dove. I remembered when Xia took me out for a ride on her dragon, it felt good to be up there in the sky feeling free. I took my phone out and texted one of the workers at the vet, where they were currently holding the dove that I brought to them four months ago, saying that I would like to visit them in a couple days. 

We arrived at the hotel and I took in the breathtaking view.  The managers gave us our keys to our rooms, I was laughing with the rest of my members as we arrived in front of our rooms. I waved at them before entering my room. 

After settling inside, I texted Xi-Xi saying that I wanted to meet up with her at the park. She responded back that she would love to. I got out and walked towards Robaire's room.

"Hey, Robaire, can I go to the park?" I asked. He looked at me before nodding.

"Sure, just don't attract too much attention, and be back before dinner," he said, I rolled my eyes at the time I have to be back. 

"Yeah, sure, thanks." And with that I ran out of his room heading to the park.

PLEASE DON'T KILL ME!!! I'm sorry I didn't mean to not update for week I was busy and sleepy but that's no excuse. I wanted to make the next chapter a special one for everybody who has loved and read my story. I hoped you liked the different POV, anyway I'll try to do another chapter today, though no promises, my siblings may want me to play with them or I may want to finally watch anime after two years (I was banned because I was too young, like seriously is eleven too young to watch anime?) I may want to finish watching Naruto or start watching MHA. I'm sorry if the chapter short. Please vote and tell me what you think.

Before I forget you will be reading a lot of Korean nicknames like Kiyomi (cuteness), Yeobo (honey), and other ones that I will be adding in the story and I will also be adding the iconic nickname; Dove.
