The origin of the shade trio from my version is that they created by a bug in a mech suit named snyder,who found a the corpses of the shade and use them to create his shade and animals/monsters hybrids.the other version of them are in the story called shard of memories created by Emperor_Drakkon Check his stories out,they are really interesting to read.
