A secret message

Scorpio's POV

I stared at the paper in front of me. It was written in a beautiful handwriting, the words slanting to the right. I whispered another 'what?' as Virgo smirked. I kept my eyes on the piece of paper as  Virgo raised his hand so that the others could see it.

Cancer gasped. ''I-Isn't that the-'' 

Virgo smirked wider. ''It is the language that our prophecy's are first written in. Mind you this language is written with a secret ink which changes color at night so no one can copy it. Anyway, it's too difficult to write.'' He said, rolling his eyes.

''Translate it. What does it say?'' asked Pisces, squinting at the paper. 

''I'm coming. I'm coming on January 10. Ophiuchus.'' Virgo said, taking out another piece of paper and reading from it. ''I hope that's enough proof, Scorpio?'' he asked. I rolled my eyes. 

''Of course not. They're not coming.'' I said, my voice slightly shaky. I was unsure if they would come but I wanted to believe they wouldn't.

''10th Jan is my birthday guys.. It's in 4 more days..'' whispered Capricorn, looking at Taurus. He sighed. ''I know. I'll make the cake.'' 

Aries grinned. ''Can you show poor Gem-Gem his mom's picture? Poor guy...'' Gemini sighed, his hand going up to his forehead. He then looked up and thrust forward his hand. 

''Wait-'' interrupted Aqua. ''We have a guest here! Shreya's literally standing for like 40 minutes straight. We can discuss this tomorrow but we need to show her the room right?!'' 

Shreya gave a small smile, as she took her suitcase. Aqua raced up the staircase, squealing excitedly. They finally arrived in front of a locked door and Aqua dug around her pockets, looking for something. She finally pulled out a beautiful key, with the name 'Shre' carved into it. ''We know how to be the best hosts.'', grinned Aqua, her head tilting back, towards Shreya. She gave the key to the new owner of the room and stepped aside, letting Shre open the door. 

Shre smiled as soon as she saw it. ''It's perfect.'' she whispered, grinning at the aesthetically-pleasing sight. 

She turned and hugged Aqua. 

''Hey! We helped too!'' Leo shouted. Shre laughed and thanked them all. ''It's so pretty... And I love it.'' 

Aries rolled her eyes. ''Of course you do. Now back to that book for god's sake.'' 

Virgo walked into the room and opened the book. flipping over to the first page. He then handed the book to Gemini, who immediately flopped down on the bed and opened it. 

Queen Gemini with her sister, ruled the nothern region of Air Kingdom. She and her sister were both very flexible, extroverted and clever. They regularly hosted festivities and carnivals. However, they were indecisive, impulsive and unreliable. The Emperor did not trust them enough and this frequently led to both the queens having strained ties with him. However, they both helped the king during time of war, fighting along side Queen Libra and Queen Aquarius. She died after being banished from her kingdom for the betrayal.

Gemini's mouth fell open. ''That's the longest description in the book so far. Wow. My moms sound like... Really interesting people.''

''They both are dead.'' Virgo said. 

''Oops.'' Shreya muttered. Gemini glared at Virgo, and read the description again. He then passed the book to Cancer. 

''I've already seen mine, as I had said. I'll show it to you later, again, as I had said.'' Cancer said. Leo rubbed his hands together, smiling. Cancer passed on the book to Leo.

Queen Leo with her pet lion, Zuba, ruled the eastern region of Fire kingdom. She was great friends with Queen Aries. She was enthusiastic about new things, generous, determined and warm hearted. However, she was very vain which often led to bets between Queen Aries and her, and she was also egotistical, possessive, cocky and arrogant. She fought for her kingdom alongside Queen Aries and Queen Sagittarius. She died after being banished from her kingdom for the betrayal.

Leo raised an eyebrow, his expression full of disgust. ''They literally made my mom look so bad.'' he said, sighing. 

''No they didn't. They'll say what's true, probably.'' said Aries, comforting him. Leo gave a groan and fell back on the bed. Shreya looked at the clock hung up on the wall. 11:30pm

''Snacks anyone?'' Shreya asked, looking around. ''I'll make sandwiches~'' she said, trying to bribe them. Taurus raised his hand. ''I'll help!'' He rushed to the kitchen, followed by Shreya and the others. 

~Time skip to Shreya's room~

Shreya murmured a few words. She straightened up the room and picked up her suitcase, placing it on the bed. She opened it and took out a book. 

The Secret Garden.

Shreya sat down on the bed, flipping open the book. She smiled softly to herself, her eyes scanning the pages as she heard the house quieten down. 

''Some peace finally. It's quiet in here.'' she thought.

Little did she know, she was so so wrong.
