Ch. 1 Another Day of Torture

Another day at the "torture chamber" or more well known as school. I usually kind of like school, but today is not my kind of day so far. My alarm went off and drove Alpha crazy, so I went to turn it off. I planned on just smacking it off and going onto the rest of this Monday morning. Well, apparently my alarm clock and gravity come together to plan something different. I went to hit the siren of when I ninja flipped of my bed and landed face first on the hard wood floor in my room, which should be nearly impossible sense I covered most of my temporary room in rugs, but with my luck...I knew I was more likely to hit the wooden bully then not.

Then I had to quickly get dressed and rush to take Alpha out. Kind of forgot about the famous "April Showers" and my precious babies got covered in mud.

Attention Students of Yancy Academy, Alexandra Raven Enora will be wearing Converses, instead of her usually combat boots. I repeat Alexandra Raven Enora will be wearing Converses. This is not a rumor. All photographic evidence may be taking before or after classes.

Yeah, this just say I barely wear anything, but my combats. With my emotional breakdown about my babies and finding my Converses, I was running slightly late.

Luckily, Mother Karma decided to give me a break for a little and allow me to get to class on time...like right when the bell rang. I did a victory dance, and then decided to continue the celebration at my seat before Mrs. Cultons glares brought me to the grave. Ugh, English. Easy, but BORING!!! Aww...I can already feel myself drifting off.

WAIT!!!!!!

Is that what I think it is? Are we reading Huckleberry Finn?!?!? BEST DAY EVER!!!!!

This should be good.

My favorite class of the day.... Greek and Roman Mythology. I don't know why, but I always felt like I connected to these stories. Especially, Greek God/Goddess siblings Artemis and Apollo. I just feel like behind these myths are hidden parts of great ancient society and they are somehow connected to my own modern day life. I'm probably just crazy (wait, I know I am), but I still enjoy learning about these stories a lot. I also love Latin with Mr. Brunner. And there is Percy. Him and Grover are some of the very very very few "Ok" people here. Class is starting!!!! Hello, my personal heaven on earth.
