Shotos Pov:
I stared long and hard at the pregnancy test before me. If you didn't know, I've been sick and I've been having the symptoms of pregnancy, so I figured why not take a test. So now I'm just waiting. "Okay.." I say as I pick it.
I look at it as I tear up. "I-I'm pregnant.."
'How am I going to tell kat.. what if he doesn't want kids!' I thought panicked
3rd person POV:
Shoto wiped his tears and went downstairs
"KitKat?" She called
"Yea shosho?" He replied.
"Can you come here? I have something important to show you." She asked
He smiles slightly as Katsuki walked up to her.
"Hmm? What is it my love?" He asked
His eyes widened in shock as shoto took the pregnancy test she had.
"Y-your pregnant..?" Katsuki said tearing up slightly.
Shoto nodded as also teared up. Katsuki quickly hugged Shoto.
"We are finally going to have a family!" Katsuki screamed.
Authors POV:
Months went by, everything was going very well!
That was until April 7th..
Katsukis Pov:
Shoto screamed as she went into Labour. What..? No it's too early!
I picked her up and quickly took her to the hospital.
"Sho.. take deep breaths.. it's okay.. calm down" I whispered even though I was panicking myself.
"Katsuki! I'm going to lose my baby!" She said sobbing her eyes out.
"I know.. I know.. it's okay, but we need to calm down for a bit, okay? Can you do that for Me?" I say as she takes deep breaths.
𝙏𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙨𝙠𝙞𝙥 𝙩𝙤 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙜𝙤 𝙝𝙤𝙢𝙚, 3 𝙙𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧.
3rd persons Pov:
The house was silent. There was nothing to say, shoto was crying and she locked herself in the bedroom, whilst Katsuki was crying and blaming himself, even though it wasn't his fault.
Katsuki decided to go upstairs and comfort his wife.
"Shoto.. I know your upset, but I want to make you feel a little bit better could you open the door..? Please.."
There was no answer.
"Shoto?!" He started panicking a small little bit
"Open the door!"
"Katsuki.. I'm sorry.. this is all my fault, I should have looked after them better" She replied shaky, as she opened the door.
"Sho.. it's not your fault, it's okay, maybe one day we will have another child and we can keep it okay? It's alright.." he said.
"Okay.." Shoto says.

Authors Pov:
Shoto doesn't know that Katsuki still blames himself for that miscarriage. It's so far, to the point Katsuki has fallen into a deep deep and suicidal depression. He only really feels suicidal, but as insecurity's also take over, Katsuki, eats less or stops eating.
