This morning I decided to walk to school with Lexi. Mostly while I was walking all I could think about was my dad and Nicki being a couple. What if something went wrong with them and things changed, in a bad way?

"Earth to Lyric?"

"Oh I'm sorry Lexi, I was thinking about something"

"About?"

"My dad and Nicki"

"What about them?"

"Them dating"

"Oh my gosh Nicki is dating your dad?"

"No, not yet, I think"

"It's a yes or no question"

'Its also a complicated matter.PlusNicki isn't the type of person to just come out and give you an answer to a question that has to do with her"

"Well that leaves only one question, do you want them to date?"

"I don't know, can we talk about this later?" I say as we enter the building

Nicki's POV:

Today is my day off and I have nothing to do.Which is what I love. All I can do is just relax and lay down, unless Gabby stops by unannouced. Right now I think I can get alittle workout in. I put on my sports bra and workout short I usually wear. I grabbed my ipod, phone and went down to the kitchen for a bottle of water. I then went to my workout room and got on the treadmill turning the music on my ipod up.

Brian's POV:

On my way to work all I could think about was me and Nicki's lunch date yesterday. She looked so gorgeous with her smile. I don't think I even have a chance with her though,Lyric says theres a possibility that I could. That's what really makes me think i could get with her, but at the same time she doesn't seem interested in me.

Gabby's POV:

Aunt Nicki is not picking up her phone and I need to tell her that mom wants her and Lyric at the house tommorrow afternoon. i need to drop by because obviously she's not wanting to pick up her phone. I got into my car and drove to her house and went inside. She wasn't in the kitchen or the livingroom, not even her bedroom. I then heard the treadmill in the workout room so I checked there. i then decided to get her back from the other night. I snuck up behind her and and tapped on her shoulder. She jumped off the treadmill and scream really loud.

"Damn auntie! You sure do got some lungs"

"Dammit Gabby you scared me!"

"I was getting you back from the other night, now you know how that shit ain't funny"

"It is when the joke is on you! With your non sneaky ass! And you need to start watching your mouth"

"Yeah ok, anyways I've been calling you"

"Well I had my earphones in so I couldn't hear my phone, and for what?"

"Mom wants you and Lyric over tommorrow afternoon"

"For what?"

"She's supposendly hosting Wayne's Party on saturday'

"Shit! That's right"

"Are you bringing a date?"

"Do I need a date?"

"If you wanna make an appearence at the party for paparzzi"

"I make an appearence even when i'm alone"

"I'm talking about a better appearence this time"

"Gabby I don't know. We'll see about it"
