Lyric's POV:
I opened the door then I litorally just froze. I really couldn't believe my eyes and what I was seeing. I then snapped out of traumitization and started tearing up. When I sniffed and wiped my tears away thats when they stopped and looked up. Nicki wrapped herself in covers while my dad stood up nervously.
" Lyric i-im so sorry"
" You promised Nicki! And then you went and did it anyways!"
"Promised what?" My dad said buttoning back up his shirt.
" She promised that she wouldn't have sex with you tonight! Thats what the promise was" I say folding my arms. Gabby then came upstairs to seee what the fuss was about.
" What's going on here?" She says looking at all of our expressions. I couldn't stand to look at them for another minute! I then walked out of the room, eventually running to my room so I could cry more.
Gabby's POV:
Okay so i'm downstairs trying to enjoy the cake that Nicki brought home then all of a sudden I hear Lyric yelling. I really didn't feel like getting away from my piece of cake, and yes I said MINE(lol). I finally decided to gone upstairs and see what was going on. I just stood in the door clueless then it came to my brain what had happened. I mean you'd probably guess the same thing when you see a sixteen year old crying and two adults who look guilty as hell.
" Brian I think you need to leave...NOW!" I say with a stern look on my face with my voice sounding very serious. He scurried out of the room, eventually out of the house." Nicki i'm so disappointed in you! I thought you dont have sex with guys on first dates anyways!"
" Gabby i'm sorry but-"
" But what Nicki? I mean even I know he ain't that sexy of a man for you to just have sex with him like that. Plus he seems too thirsty for you"
" Gabby, I am an adult, so I can do whatever I please. Anyways I know what I did was wrong. I made that promise to her and I broke it" She says sitting up and having a sincere look.
" Nawh dip! The girl is in her room crying because of you and Brian!"
"Gabby don't you think I know that!? I will fix this"
" Fix what? I'm pretty sure Lyric doesn't want to see you and I don't blame her, I can barely look at you myself" I say turning to leave the room.
Nicki's POV:
I basically pissed off and disappointed everyone, maybe not everyone, but still.I know i messed up, but I tried to give Brian the hint on our date, but he still seemed not to care and wanted to still flirt for the night. And excuse me if I'm wrong, but that man is slicker than gel grease. I got up and closed my door then slipped on sweats and a tank top. Lyric will probably never forgive me for this. One thing, I promised her one thing that wasn't really a promise. I layed in my bed thinking.
Lyric's POV:
I sat in my bed crying over the fact that Nicki couln't keep a promise to me. What if I asked her to promise something bigger than this and she just did the exact opposite anyways?! Nicki is just...I was interrupted by my thughts by Gabby knocking on the door. She came in and shut the door behind her.
" How you feeling?" She asks sitting on the bed.
" I feel betrayed! How could Nicki break our promise?"
" I have no idea, but Lyric think, it isn't that big of a deal. I mean you see how they get when their together"
" That doesn't mean they go and have sex, right away!" I say getting up and pacing back and forth. you guys just don't feel my pain."
