James was looking around, He seemed suspicious. It made sense as to why as well. There were quite a few... How do I put this, big figures at the club tonight? Much more than usual, well Cracker was an exception. He was always here and just for the same girl. Candy, They had been in a relationship for quite some time now, they were cute together. Candy was just her stage name but Her real name was Angie Green. Really great painter, I got to see some of her earlier works.

I took a quick look around just in case, Some times fights erupted and the staff would take care of it. Every member except the dancers had guns on their person at all times while on the clock. It was mandatory. A loud crash was heard, someone was about to pull Candy away for a dance... when Cracker had obviously just paid her for the whole night. There was some yelling but no blood was drawn so, We didn't have to intervene.

That was until the poor guy pulled out a small tiny ass pistol. Immediately All of the staff stopped, and a chorus of safeties being turned off was heard. Including mine. It was deadly silent... Was it bad that I wanted to pull the trigger... just to hear- never mind. Cracker had candy hidden behind him, protecting her. The dude wasn't taking the hint and I was getting impatient. I set the glass down, putting both hands on my pistol, aiming... Perfect, I pulled the trigger, just barely missing his hand, hitting the wall next to him instead.

Startled he dropped the gun. Cracker kicked it towards one of the servers who set it on their tray. The dude saw he was shit out of luck, storming out of the club. I huffed, turning the safety back on and shoving it into my vest. James looked at me like I was some sort of idiot.

"Uhh, Dude, You could've injured him... and he could've sued you!" James elbowed my arm

"If I wanted a lawsuit I would've shot his hand. If I didn't want to deal with him at all... ever again, I would've shot him in the head. It's not that hard to miss on purpose." I grumbled, sliding a sour whiskey down the line until someone caught it.

"Miss...On Purpose?!"

"Yeah, It's called a warning shot" I shrugged, as long as someone knows what they're doing... warning shots are fairly easy. But usually shot at the ceiling

James tried to laugh it off... obviously frightened by the earlier scene. Though he wasn't doing all that good of a job at it. He kept taking quick glances at me.

"Okay, spill it, how do you know how to shoot??!" James pressed on the subject

"...Same reason everyone else here does..." I mumbled, seeing Kid at a booth with his friends, He was chatting with them, and seemed to be having a good time.

James looked at me, following the direction my mask was pointed in. No one sticking out to him except the Redhead I had waited to close the bar for the other night.

"Why ya' lookin at Eustass, Huh?" He hummed, a shit-eating grin obviously plastered on his face

"... I'm not lookin at Eustass!" I snapped, walking away from James, He started cackling, Even though it was loud as hell... Kid apparently still heard his name. He quirked a brow looking at the scene by the bartop. James... Laughing and pointing at me while I seemed utterly embarrassed. Anyone could make the connection. I made eye contact with him for a moment, looking away only a few moments later. It didn't take long for me to become embarrassed in front of him...
