Dates... why does planning a date is so difficult?! Maya thought, while sitting on her dinner table staring at the blank page of her notebook. She has been in this position for the past hour and still nothing had come to her mind, this was too new to her, and she didn't know where to start. She had never been on a formal first date, all her relationships where basically just sex, all the 'dates' she had been invited to or that she has invited someone to were not really dates, they were more of a little, and not romantic, get together with the purpose of having sex after some drinks, almost no feelings attached, that is obviously not counting all of her one night stands, and if she was being honest with herself, she has only been in two 'serious' relationships previous to this one, Nicole and Jack. But Carina, ah Carina! She doesn't even begin to compare to them, Carina is light, Carina is lovely, Carina is so kind and patient, Carina is SO sexy, Carina is so intelligent, and that accent... ah Carina!... Maya went on and on for about half an hour fantasizing about Carina, almost drooling, until a ping on her cellphone brought her back to reality. It was a message from Carina:

Maya was smiling from ear to ear while looking at her phone screen. This woman is something else, Maya thought. She wanted so badly to get to know her better, but she wanted to make it right, that is why she wanted to formally start dating her, but at the same time she was scared of this new feelings, so she thought that going on formal dates was a good thing to do for her to figure out if this feelings were just something temporary or they were here to stay, although if Maya was being honest she knew that Carina was different since the beginning, but it wasn't until the day she let herself cry in her arms and be consoled by her almost 2 weeks ago, that she realized that she was falling for the Italian doctor.
