"What's that?" Damon asked Stefan, peeking his head over to make the photo visible.

"A time i'm not talking about right now." Stefan grunted, then quickly stood up and walked to the fireplace.

"Ouch, that's not what I wanted to see before leaving." Damon and Stefan immediately turned around to see Arabella propped up against the wall.

"Get out, you're the reason Elena is mad, and I told you to leave Elena's friends alone." Stefan demanded but Arabella stayed.

"Technically it's your fault.. You are the one who had the vervain shot, and funny of you to think I was gonna listen." Arabella subtly laughed.

"Have some respect, Arabella, for my choices and my relationship." Stefan walked back to his seat, the picture in his hand still.

"I have plenty of respect for both of those, I just came here to say a few words before I leave town." She walked over to the living room and nodded her head away as a sign for Damon to leave, and he did after a moment.

"I don't want to talk." Stefan sighed, his eyes stuck on their photo together.

"You don't have to then, there's just a few things I want to get out." She took a deep breath and got ready for the words that she'd probably regret in a few minutes.

"First, I know that you have no reason to trust me anymore after what I did, and that's why I want to give you time, I mean, we're vampires and time is all we have." She let out a soft laugh then sighed to herself, "I'll wait another 70 years so you two can have a great love story if I need to, I just want the love that we had, back." There it goes, the words she'd regret in a few. "Second, and last, even though I have said this a million times, I have no intentions of hurting anyone as long as I don't get hurt." She had a sigh of relief after getting that off of her chest, then she looked at Stefan.

Stefan had then stood up, his hands not losing grip of the photo. He didn't say a word to her, instead he nodded his head and walked towards her.

"Why? Why this photo? Why not the ones with your friends and I?" Stefan asked her, his eyes not leaving the photo.

"I didn't put that there, Stefan." Arabella looked at the photo and sighed.

"Then who did? Because I haven't seen this photo in years." Stefan shook the photo out of anger.

"I don't know, I don't have anything from the 1900s, ask your brother or whoever cleans this place." She took a deep breath and tried to calm herself down on the inside.

"My brother? Damon? You just love putting the blame on others, don't you?" Stefan shook his head and walked back over to the fireplace.

"Is it not obvious, Stefan? Are you that oblivious?" Arabella walked to the fireplace and stood next to him, "Are you really just so in love that you can't see he's in love with her too?" Arabella put her hand on the photo and looked at it once again. "It's Katherine all over again."

"No, no. Elena isn't Katherine, Elena hates Damon, you just want to ruin everything like always." He huffed and she shook her head.

"Just watch, Stefan, believe what you want to believe, but when you mess up in even the slightest way possible, there's his chance." Arabella looked at Damon who was now trying to hide behind a corner to listen in. "So, when it does all go to hell for you and Elena, and it will, i'll be the first one here to say I told you so."

"I won't mess up, not again." Stefan looked at her, which made them have strong eye contact, full of unwanted tension.

"You messed up the moment you let her see the light on supernaturals, Stef, it's too late." She broke the ehe contact and took a step back. "You should've left her clueless and you should've left her alone, now it's going to hurt you terribly when Klaus finds her, and trust me, he will." She yell-whispered and Stefan shook his head.
