"how long are you gonna stay there?" pat asked as he dragged luna's suitcase to put in the car.
"maybe for a couple days. i'll tell sapnap to drive me back here if dream's being too much," liz laughed.
"geez, you do hate his guts huh?"
luna rolled her eyes, "obviously. he's annoying and his ego is fucking larger than him. not to mention that he's a giant."
"why do you hate people with big egos so much?" giggling, liz asked.
"eh, they annoy me. i hate them."
"you know they say that the more you hate, the more you-"
"okay no no no! stop with this cringey thing. i hate him, period." the couple laughed at luna.
"whatever you say," liz finished the conversation.
the three of them entered the car with luna at the back. pat started driving and it was a peaceful silence with the radio on a low volume.
"i'll take a nap. wake me up when we're in orlando."
"alright my child, sleep well."
luna huffed a laugh, "thanks dad."

"hey, luna. we're in orlando." liz shook luna's shoulder to wake her up. yawning, luna's still-sleepy eyes looked around. she sat up and looked out the window.
"is their house far from here?" she asked.
"mm, a bit. it's a 20 minute drive." luna nodded and grabbed her phone, turning it on to message sapnap that she's in orlando
