A few months has passed since the start of Corry's class, and life rams smoothie for the group of kids. He smiled as his small Litten followed him up the path to the building. He heard the laughter from the sea and the breeze from the sky.
"Yo Cory!" The boy turned around and saw his friend run up the pathway. He grinned as his buddy leapt onto his shoulder.
"You seem pretty rushed today," Cory said as he smirked at the girl. Mallow let out a chuckle as she put her hands behind her head.
"I didn't realize I was going to be late," she replied to the boy. "I was in the groove of making food for everyone when I found out I was going to be late for class." Cory snickered, but received a dirty glare from the girl. She sighed, but then had a confused look on her face. "Why aren't you worried about being in trouble? You're late as well." Cory then stopped in his tracks and looked out at the ocean, watching the glittering.
"I'm just enjoying the moment really. Take a breather and take it all in, because nothing special can stay forever." Mallow giggled at the boy. Cory's eyes then sparkled under the sun as Mallow gazed upon it. She couldn't do anything, nor did she want to look away, her mind was covered in petals of faith and... "You good Mallow?" She then suddenly snapped out of her thoughts and saw a confused boy in front of her. She blushed as she looked away in embarrassment.
"We should probably get to class." Mallow said as she walked in front of the boy. Cory smiled as he chuckled to himself. He then followed the girl and took in the breeze of the Alolan wind. It didn't take long for the two of them to make it to the school house, and walked up the flight of stairs, seeing some students hanging out in the hallway. The bell finally rang as the two stepped into the classroom, grabbing the attention of their other classmates.
"What were you two doing alone?" Lana asked the two of them. Mallow then bushed out and hid her face as she tried to walk to her desk unnoticed. Cory rolled his eyes and chuckled as he saw the couscous girl stumble her steps to her seat.
"Nothing happened," Cory said as he took his seat at his desk. "We just ran into each other on our way to school, that's all." Minutes passed and Kukui burst through the door as if he was the swat team. A smile was plastered onto his face as he eyed his students with excitement.
"Are you all ready?" he asked, earning a few confused looks. Lillie raised her hand up.
"Umm, what are we actually ready for?" Lillie asked her teacher. A chuckle escaped his mouth as he tossed five pokeballs towards each student.
"I think you are all ready for capturing some pokemon today," Kukui said. Excitement then filled the room once again as they jumped out of their desks and headed out the door. As they ran through the hallways, Kukui was suddenly stopped by one by the principal.
"I see you're doing your first unit in the forest," he said as Kukui nodded. Oak smiled, but slowly faded into a serious face as he stared at the clouds. "If you have been watching the news lately, there's going to be a storm, so I think you should watch the clouds just in case." Kukui nodded as he ran after his students once again, hearing his laughter in the distance.

The green lush trees covered part of the sunlight, letting some rays to leak to the gritty ground as the students walked along the path. They heard the chirps of Pikipeks as a flock flew above the group. Cory smiled as he followed his teacher, walking along the dirt path. He listened to the laughter of his friends as they continued down the old path, until they came across the opening from the forest. Cory then watched as Kukui stopped in front of his class. He smiled as sparkles filled the man's eyes, taking a deep breath, before releasing it and turned towards the kids.
