Arcee's POV
The groundbridge opened and I didn't waste any time speeding through, Bulkhead, Optimus, and Bumblebee right behind me.
Immediately, I saw Miko's sister on a very nice black bike, chasing full speed after a van.
I sped up and activated my holoform.
"Kat! What happened!?" I yelled.
She glanced at the holoform, which wasn't looking at her since Ratchet was too busy to work on it. Her gaze then moved over to the bots next to me and she frowned.
"Who are you!?"
"I'm... Annie!"
Her eyes narrowed before she took a suddenly sharp turn.
"I got it." Optimus told us, chasing after her.
The three of us continued following after our charges. I growled in annoyance. This car was not a bot, but somehow, it was just as fast as us.
"Watch out." Optimus warned.
Kat's bike suddenly turned the corner, making a beeline in front of the van. I watched in horror as she flew at it, but then she jumped right in time, the bike slamming into the front of the van.
She landed on the top, pulling something out of her pocket and pointing it at the roof. Sparks flew and quickly, she dropped down into the van as it started careening toward a building.
Optimus, being ahead of us, drove between it and the building, stopping it.
Even though we were just on the outskirts of the town, people started gathering around.
Luckily, Agent Fowler arrived just in time. His helicopter landed next to the crashed van and he ran toward it.
The back doors swung open and I watched in worry as Kat stepped out. Miko, Jack, and Raf followed behind her.
Agent Fowler ran up to them and Kat pulled out a knife, pointing it at his face and making him stop quickly.
Miko grabbed her arm, "That's Agent Fowler! He works for the military!"
"I'm here to help." He added.
Kat scanned the area suspiciously before looking at Miko.
"You know a government agent?"
"Retired." Fowler assured her, "Let's get out of the open."
"You aren't retired if you have access to that helicopter." Kat told him. "Miko, come with me. Jack, Raf... Do as you wish."
Miko crossed her arm, "Why don't you come with us?"
Kat looked between the four of them and narrowed her eyes. They crossed their arms and her shoulders slumped slightly.
"Then let's have a talk, shall we Agent Fowler?" She asked, walking toward the helicopter.
"Let's get back to base." Optimus said, driving away.
We all drove ahead of Fowler's helicopter and got back to base.
"What happened? Where are the kids?" Ratchet asked.
"With Fowler. They'll be here any moment." Bumblebee replied.
"And Kat?" He asked, "Please tell me we don't have to groundbridge to Japan everyday to pick her up. Our energon stores are-"
"Not now Ratchet." Optimus cut him off, "We need to deal with present issues before we can begin to worry about that."
"Such as-"
