Optimus's POV
Agent Fowler walked in, a look of annoyance on his face.
"Agent Fowler. We weren't expecting you." I stated.
"What do you mean you weren't expecting me? Ratchet just told me to get here quickly and without any explanation." Fowler replied, glaring at Ratchet.
"I did no such thing." Ratchet frowned, looking at Miko.
"Why does everyone always think I'm causing trouble!?" Miko exclaimed.
"Because you are." Jack replied.
A lithe figure dropped down from the roof, landing next to Fowler gracefully. He let out a small yell and stumbled backward in surprise, landing on his butt.
"What in George Washington's underpants!?"
"Hello, Will. I see your obsession with the underpants of historic figures is still well underway." Kat smiled.
"How did you get in!?" Ratchet exclaimed.
"Who is that?" Smokescreen asked.
"I'm Kat, Miko's sister. I used the elevator. Honestly, you guys pay no attention to what is going on around you." She sighed.
"Kat! Why didn't you just meet me at school?" Miko asked, running over with Jack and Raf behind her.
"I came to see Prime actually." Kat said, "You happen to know anyone named Leland Bishop?"
I nodded, "Silas. We've had a few issues with him before."
"Why? You're not involved with him are you?" Fowler asked suspiciously.
"Doesn't matter much. Have you had any altercations with him since you met me?" Kat asked me.
"One." I answered.
"Was Miko involved?"
I paused. Frag.
Kat's eyes narrowed, "That answers my question then."
"It wasn't his fault, Kat. I volunteered to help." Miko said.
Kat glared at her, "Does nobody respect the three terms I had!?"
"You take Miko with you and see how hard it is to keep her in line!" Ratchet grumbled.
"There is a reason she was in Jasper! Safety! Then she get involved with an intergalactic war and a guy who likes to experiment on people with alien substances!" Kat growled, "I know how hard it is! Did you know when you agreed to keep her here?"
"We are doing our best-" I started.
"But your best isn't enough is it? Do you understand how frustrated I am right now?" Kat asked, glaring up at me.
"Let me live my own life, Kat! I didn't ask for you to come yell at anyone! It was my decision to help and Optimus okayed it because he knew I wouldn't get hurt!" Miko snapped.
Kat's muscles tensed and she stared at me, her eyes absolutely furious. We stayed locked in contact until Kat's face was completely emotionless again.
"Right. Okay. Fine." Kat smiled, "But now I have to stay here until Karai can find Silas."
"Find Silas? Who is Karai?" Fowler asked.
"Karai is a fully capable woman who is in charge of the clan until I return. They're launching a mission to annihilate M.E.C.H. and it's leader." Kat explained.
I frowned. Kat seemed like a very skilled... girl, but she was a child leading a ninja clan, which I have learned is a group of highly trained individuals.
