*Chara's royal chambers*

Your pov:

Today was the day of my fight with undyne,I felt slightly excited but worried as well seeing as I was roshti g the head of the royal guard for the amusement of the royals wich was enough stress but this morning the princess ordered me not to loose and that I might get a reward if I win wich makes me wonder what does she have plan for me knowing her I hope she wont burn me again ir perhaps she's expecting me to think she would waste her time in getting me something?
Who knows that woman is complicated sometimes wich is why I enjoy her so much hehehe!

Chara:"are you done looking at yourself?"

"Oh! Sorry I was just...lost in thought"

Chara:"I would be to if I was fighting undyne"

"Yes....but I dont intend on loosing so easily"

Chara:"you better not or I will be disappointed and your magic problem?"

"Figured it out m'lady turns out I can use monster magic after all"

Chara:"I thought you said..."

"I can explain a few boring hours of work in here or I can entertain you with a show out there"

I smiled at her as she smiles back and pulls me by my hand leading me with her

Chara:"hurry now...I want to see you bleed~"

She said with an odly excited tone making me swallow hard as I then worried for my safety after her words.

*timeskip battle feild*

No one pov:

You and undyne stood in the center for the arena as asgore commenced the battle with the winner being named the strongest in the land for the rest of the year.
Wasting not time u dyne bombards you with spares as you summoned a stone wall to protect you as ypu planned out you best cause of action

(My best bet is to use fire since she is a fish....)

Spares popped from the ground interrupting your thoughts as you jumped from behind the wall you returned the favour with five fire balls,undyne blocked two dodged another two and countered the last one  with a water ball grinning at you as you landed on your feet

(As I suspected,fire is useful but she also knows water magic to aid her)

You rushed her using lightning magic to make yourself faster but this didnt seem to bother the guard captian as she was able to follow your movements in close quarter combat even managing to punch you in your jaw sending you back and almost out of the ring as you made yourself heavier to stop quicker while using your copied sand magic in order 5o create two clones of yourself as they attacked her letting you get a chance to breath.

(So fire isn't a clear win but is still the best option,unless...maybe that could work but what if...)

You narrowly dodge a spare to the head as undyne was running at you full speed she had made short work of your clones leaving you open as you created a shield to take to blow from her spare,she unloads on your hitting you with multiple repeated attacks all of the same force and speed within seconds screaming the word useless as she did so over and over again slowly pushing you back closer to the edge of the ring wich was really just a big circle clearing in the ground,she prepared to hit you with the finnaly blow only for you to poof into black smoke all of a sudden

"Shadow magic!"

You yelled from behind her in a shadowy form creating black beats the rushed towards undyne proving harder for her to fight then she anticipated it would be while also giving you time to think
