Chapter 13:Secrets pt2

chara pov:

I sat in the corner as I watched y/n and his friends have fun playing games but I couldn't stop thinking that the laws against commoners having magic caused this,thinking back on it the reason he even agreed to be my servant wasnt to keep the things he stole but was because I threatened to hunt down all the magic users like him.....to think I was threatening to behead defenseless children!

no wonder there are so many rumours of me....and they are all right
I am a red eyed cold hearted demon!
tears flowed from my eyes usually I'd never cry but....right now freedom to cry is all that I want

*your perspective*

you played and laughed with the other as frost relaxed next to you he soon noticed chara sitting by herself and decided to walk over to her telling you he was going to the bathroom as you continued playing with the others

frost sat infront of chara hearing her soft sobbing as he became concerned for her

frost:"are you alright?"

the princess in disguise jumped but quickly fixed herself wiping away her tears even if the white haired boy couldn't see them from under her hood

chara:"I'm fine child...will you not go play with the others?"

frost:"I would but you seem to be a little sad....what's wrong"

chara:"its nothing....your to young to be bothered by such things"

frost:"....I'm a lot more mature then you think....like for instance i know my brother steals for us but he's unaware that i do so are the others"

chara:"if you know why not tell him?"

frost:"because... he's a good brother and dosent want me to see him like a thief who takes from others.....I dont like the idea but if he didnt do ut me my friends we'd probably be dead"

chara stayed silent and softly smiled a bit as she looked at your smiling while the children dog pilled you

frost:"so...can we talk?"

chara:"*sighs*...have you ever been called somthing you were not....been told that you were the worst thing in existence?"

frost:"yeah....my parents....y/n was 6 I was only 3 I'd always see how'd they'd beat him simply because he expressed his love and affinity towards all kinds of magic....until one day....they left and...never came back"

chara:"...."

frost:"ever since then y/n never let anyone harm me he'd always take the blame or the hits and attacks until he found this place,at first I was alone especially when he left and started stealing but soon he started bringing others and now over the years we all became the things that filled the holes we had inside"

chara:"that...that is amazing"

frost:"truly....I just wish my brother could be as happy as he makes us....I can tell that even though he smiles he still bears the pain we all suffered behind it...but enough about us if I were my brother I'd tell you to ignore those words and prove them wrong atleast that's what he once said he wanted to do but the world isnt a nice place....he gave up and since the world saw him as the worst that's what he became a theif in the night robbing people blind"

chara:"...."

*flshaback*

human woman:"you demons! you awful awful children!"

the woman shouted as she attacked two red eyed girls one with black hair the other with yellow,the black haired girl was the older sister she did her best to take most of the attacks from their mother protecting her little sister as their father walked in

human male:"stop wasting your breathe on them dear....I have an idea that will benefit us all"

he said with a wicked smile.
soon both girls were thrown to the street left there in the rain only having g eachother for warmth in the cold storm where they stayed for days....the older sister felt nothing hut hate as she held a strong face for the younger sister until one day someone's stopped by them

male voice:"oh dear who would leave two children here like this tori?"

female voice:"quickly gorey give them your cloak and let's bring them back"

male voice:"right!"

*flashback end*

chara looked to the ground as she remembered the day her father saved her and her sister from a terrible death and how she only harboured hater for the world for what it did to her,then she looks at you someone who shared her pain....yet never had a person like her father....and dispite being out though all of it the betrayal the pain the hate....he harbored only his curiosity and bright smile,it was the first time she saw you in a new light not just her source for information or a person who would give her want she wants but a boy who was just like she was....a person worthy for her to admire.
chara blushes as she no longer takes her eyes away from you smiling softly

chara:"he is amazing isnt he?"

she mumbled but was loud enough for frost to hear

frost:"best brother I could ask for....and I can tell he really likes you"

chara:"w..what?"

she said in shock now blushing even mkre

frost:"dont tell him this but I see the bit of light in his eyes when he speaks of you so highly as if you were some kind of royalty....he may not be a good man to society but he cares about those he's close to amd that's good enough for me"

chara looks towards you again and smiles again

chara:(yes....he is a good person)

frost:"well I better get back before he suspects something of me oh and one more thing....your a lucky girl princess chara"

she jumps again looking at the boy in surprise as she wondered how he figured out who she was but before she could ask he went back to y/n and talked with him wich made him look in her direction causing the princess to look away shyly

*later that day*

it was time for both of you to leave frost was upset you were going already but understood that you had important things to take care of the other kids wished you good lick as you promised to come see them again as soon as possible,
you and chara left them walking down the hall way but you reached the entrance you created a portal

"ready to go?"

chara:"yes"

she said taking your hand and smiling at you with a genuinely happy face,you nod as she closes her eyes and you walk through once she opens her eyes she sees herself back in her bedroom as she goes to sit on her bed while you closed the portal

"shall I draw you a bath to prepare you for dinner princess?"

chara:"yes please....and you will address me by my name from now on"

you looked at her in slight shock first of all she rearly if ever says please and second of all she never told you to call her by name before

"princess are you feeling alright? any fevers,illnesses if so I'll call doctor alphys"

chara:"no you baffoon!.....I just....want some changes to happen between us as all....now draw me my bath!"

you looked at her as she was obviously very shy to say this but it made you smile to see her trying to be nicer it made you genuinely happy as well

"as you wish....chara"

she nods and you head to the bathroom to start her bath.
