I was studying one levitation magic but there were no known abilities all of wich required some experience with special magic I sighed knowing that it was a strain for my to practice that kind of magic so I left it at that and decided to study more on spacail magic,a black book floated my way

it opened up to a black page and light shines from it as it self writes the words spacail magic,I smiled a little I I picked up a book on spacail magic as my special black book took notes for me to go over at a later time and date.

*hears the phoenix*

I put down the book as my black book closes as well I head to the window and revived my familiar on my arm syncing with it on a spiritual level so that I could absorb its knowledge,once done I go to dad's room and informed him that it was time to go he gets up with his satchel putting on a mask to conceal his face

dad:"finnaly kid...so how we gonna get there?"

"simple we fly"

dad:"isn't it to small? and bright?"

"yes but I never said we would go with the phoenix"

I shake my arm as my familiar flies up amd turns from a regular sized phoenix of fire into a giant smokey black owl with white eyes

owl:"hoo!"

dad:"holy hell kid!"

"scared?"

dad:"no..I...I just didnt expect it to do that"

"unlike most my familiar has no true form...a trait that comes in handy if you ask me"

I said as the owl lands and I climb onto it,dad soon follows and I command it to take off wich it does so at amazing speeds as it flew towards the capital city.

dad:"slow down kid!"

"our window of success is small if we do not hurry we may not get as many trinkets"
