Date Night

Maddie had stayed late. So, they gave her a bed. And Eddie slept on the couch while Buck slept on the guest room floor. In the kitchen, Bobby's unique Breakfast Sandwiches were waiting for them to wake up the way that Buck couldn't stop thinking about how they hadn't been on a date yet. So he spends the night thinking about the perfect date idea. So he texted the group chat that didn't have Eddie in it.

118 W/OUT EDDIE.

BUCK: Hey, do you guys have any ideas for date night? I wanted to take Eddie out.

Thena: have you thought of maybe a dinner.

Hen: what about the aquarium.

Chim: movies? And or dinner.

Fire dad: stargazing.

Buck: Those all sound like good ideas. But I really can decide. We could always just do a picnic on the beach.

Hen: well, that sounds nice, Buckaroo. I bet it would be pleasant and calming.

Buck: that's true. We need a calming evening.

Buck got up from the floor and went to the restroom to get dressed. When he was dressed, he went to ask Bobby for a favor.

"Good morning, pops. What are you making?" Buck asked

" I made breakfast sandwiches. Are you hungry? " Bobby asked

" Sure, ill take one. Hey, can I ask you a favor? You know how I asked about date night ideas. Well, I want to take Eddie on a real date since we haven't had any time even to do that. So I wanted to know if you could stay with Christopher. You know classic "pop's time," Buck says.

" yes, son. I'll hang out with Christopher tonight. I'm going to be alone anyway. Harry is with Michael and David, and May and Athena are working." Bobby response.

" Thank you so much, and we owe you. We will hang out with Harry if you and Thena want to go out soon.

Buck ate his sandwich as he thought of ways to ask Eddie out on a proper date. He could leave a note, trying to figure out what to write.

Hey, eds, date night?

Hi baby, you and me? Beach? Scraping it out he thinks again.

Would you like to go on a date? No that's too cheesy. He thinks.

Goodmorning, my love, date night? no, that's boring

Edmundo would you he writes but then regrets it.

Mr. Diaz, would you like to go on a date? All proper. no

" Buck, it's a date. Please stop killing trees. It took you 5 minutes to stop hating him and fall in love with him. So this will be good for both of you. You owe it to your therapist, and you both have been so stressed you can have a good night." Bobby says tired of watching Buck waste post-it notes.

" I just want it to be good. We did everything backward. So I just want it to be cute. " Buck replied.

Maddie had woken up hearing voices. She headed to the kitchen she walked in to see Buck and Bobby talking. Bobby looked annoyed but with love in his eyes. And Buck looked like he was going to explode.

" Goodmorning," Maddie said as she walked into the kitchen.

" Good morning Maddie I hope you slept well. Would you like a breakfast sandwich." Bobby asked.

" Sure thank you, Bobby. This little one never stops eating so I have to be eating a lot too. But it's all worth it if I get to have a healthy baby." Maddie says as she sits down at the counter.
