Still basing these off of my tik tok reacts, this time the pregnancy one!

First person POV:

I woke up at about 3 in the morning to pain in my abdomen, and sat up quickly. I felt something wet, and my mind went into panic mode. I turned to my husband, who was still asleep, and shook him awake. He groggily opened his eyes and sat up, he woke up a little more when he saw me in a panic. "What's wrong?" He asked, his voice husky and tired. "My water broke!" I said quickly, almost as soon as I said that he woke up completely. He got up and turned the light on, then he went to get the bag we had packed in advance. He helped me stand up and go to the car, he seemed calm which was comforting. He started the car and drove to the hospital, checking on my every time I breathed heavy or groaned. He was going kind of fast, but was trying not to go over the speed limit, even thought I could tell he wanted to.

When we got to the hospital, I was put into a room pretty quickly. One of the nurses tried to advise Minho to stay out of the room, but I could hear him arguing with her. "Okay sir calm down, ma'am are you alright with your husband staying in the room with you?" The nurse asked, turning to me, "Yes! Let him in please!" I said, as the pain was starting to get worse. The nurse turned back to Minho and gestured for him to go beside me. He did immediately and grabbed my hand, "I'm right here jagi"

Two long hours later and I was exhausted, I felt a little light headed. Minho was petting my hair comfortingly, and quietly told me that I did great. I looked down at my chest where the baby, our baby, was laying. Minho looked at them as well, and smiled. He leaned down and kissed the baby's head, then he leaned back up and kissed mine. "I'm proud of you jagi" he said, while pressing his forehead to mine. "Get some rest, you look tired. I'll watch the baby, and wake you up when we can go home." He said softly, my eyes were already partially closed. I nodded sleepily and closed them completely, I fell asleep to the feeling of my husband petting my hair, and of the small weight of our newborn on my chest.

I woke up slowly to the sun being in my eyes, I groaned a bit and tried to cover my face. I opened my eyes slowly and saw Minho asleep in a chair next to my bed, and our baby next to him in a crib. One of the nurses came in, which woke up Minho, and seeing that I was awake she walked over to me and said that I would be able to go home in a couple hours. She then repeated that message to Minho was he was fully awake, and left the room.

When we finally got home, Minho and I were both still tired. We had assembled a crib in our room a couple of weeks ago, so that we wouldn't have to do it once the baby was born. Minho put the baby in the crib, while I laid down in our bed still sore. The baby fussed a little bit when it was first put down, but ended up falling asleep. Wonder how long that will last. Minho collapsed in the bed next to me, and laid there for a few seconds and then turned to me. "What a night huh?" He chuckled, "how do you feel?" He asked, moving closer to me and rubbing my arm. "Sore, really sore. I'm mostly just tired.." I replied, shifting around to find a comfortable position. "Well maybe we can get a little more sleep before the baby wakes up." He yawned, "hopefully" he wrapped his arms around me and exhaled in the crook of my neck. We both fell asleep pretty quickly.

We didn't get to sleep long though, before a sharp cry echoed through the room, startling both of us awake. We looked at each other, and so it begins...

Minho got up "Stay there, you need to rest" he said, and then picked up the baby. It was actually a very pleasant sight, seeing my husband holding our baby and shushing them gently, and hearing the baby quiet down and coo at him. It was adorable. "They're probably hungry" I said, smiling at both of them. "You're probably right, I'll be back jagi" he replied as he left the room, I could here his footsteps go down the stairs. I stared up at the ceiling, thinking about how Minho and I were officially parents now. We had talked about it a lot while I was pregnant, and now it's happened. I recounted things that both my parents and in-laws told me when we announced the pregnancy, mentally preparing myself for the things they warned me about, and looking forward to the memories that will be made.

I hope I'll be a good parent, I know Minho will be.

Aaaaaaand done! I don't really know much about labor or pregnancy, so I tried my best to make this realistic with my limited knowledge. Also, Something that I've noticed about my writing, is that I never have a plan for it. I just start writing, I have no control over how long or short it'll be, and absolutely no clue where it's gonna go. I kind of like that though, it's like a surprise for myself!
Anyways I hope you enjoyed this my lovelies~ have a good day/night!
