"Tommy! if you as so much try to get out of that bed again I will... just don't do it again!" Aurora scolded unable to come up with a threat. But it was enough for Tommy to grin and lay back down.
Two days had passed since the incident and to say Tommy had gotten an ear full was an understatement. Unfortunately for Aurora she resembled a kitten when trying to appear intimidating, but he decided to humor her anyway.
Aurora had once again saved his life, made him see the light of day again. He remembered waking up the morning after, his heart hurt listening to her cries of relief as she clung to him. He had a hard time forgiving himself for how quickly he had swept Polly's worries of retaliation away. She was right and it nearly cost him his life to learn that lesson.
"I'm sorry Mon Armour, but it's been two days and I'm fully healed. I have to make a trip to Camden town, we have to strike back now knowing Sabini is still alive". Tommy told her desperate to be free from his confines, only having the children to entertain him had slowly gone out the window when even they got bored of staying beside him. The potions made him constantly tired, he had no energy to play with them.
"Tomorrow and not a minute sooner, you have the last of your potions to drink. I want to make sure your fully healed with no lasting effects. Promise?" Aurora instructed crawling to his side, she had become significantly clingier the past few days not that Tommy minded one bit. It was nice to have her full attention, something he craved daily.
"Promise" he muttered pulling her in for a quick kiss to seal there deal.
"Good, now come here the kids are with my papa for the day hes' taking them out to see a quidditch game" Tommy smirked thinking she was hinting at something his mind had been plagued with since she had rejected him last night.
"Yeah and what are we going to be doing?" he smiled thanking the lucky stars his body no longer ached in pain.
"Sleep of course Tom! and no arguments you promised!" she warned, her head snuggling into the crook of his neck. "I love you Tom, your my soulmate so please don't ever do that to me again. I can't see you in that situation again" Aurora whispered her fingers tracing the tattoo over his heart.
"I can't promise you that, not when I'm in this line of business. But I promise to always wear that medallion of yours"
"You better or I'll shove it down your throat" Aurora mumbled a tired yawn escaping her lips.
Sighing he flopped back onto the bed, she was torturing him in a different way than Sabini ever could.

Shrugging on his suit jacket Tommy took a look at himself in the mirror, no sign of injury present on his skin. He was healthier looking than even before the attack courtesy of Aurora stuffing food down his throat when he tried to deny it. No cigarettes of alcohol were allowed either, she was a strict nurse but at least she wore the uniform to appease his fantasies.
"You ready Tommy?" Aurora called out from Harry's bedroom, she had just finished dressing him for the day. The triplets had woken hours previously in excitment for there day ahead. It was like Christmas all over again.
"Aye I am, I still don't like the idea of you going to London" he replied, taking his son from Aurora. The word 'dada, dada' was screeched over and over until Tommy finally rubbed Harry's belly, it was something he adored for whatever reason.
"I won't be going in with you, I made clothes for an orphanage I heard about. It's awful the story's Tom, they don't treat the kids right at all!" she ranted passionately, it was something Aurora struggled to comprehend how could anyone mistreat children.
