In a private chat between Loki and Thor:

Thor: BROTHER!

Loki: Oh my brother is praising me with his pressent.

Thor: What have you done to the Man of the Spiders?

Loki: Sorry, that doesn't ring a bell.

Thor: LOKI! You goddamn trickster.

Loki: Don't you have something more to call me?

Thor: What an idiot?

Loki: Ohh brother I am not an idiot and this is still laking. One day I will have to teach you how to swear.

Thor: Where is he.

Loki: I don't know what you are talking about.

Thor: The Spider-man!

Loki: Red and blue costume with a white web pattern on it?

Thor: Yes stupid brother, that guy.

Loki: Nope. Still doesn't ring a bell.

Thor: YOU! WHERE IN ODINS NAME IS HE?

Loki: Not with me.

Thor: And that means?

Loki: He is currently having some fun with an Octopus.

Thor: Brother.... Tell me are you high?

Loki: If anything drunk on laughing.

Thor: You are a lost cause.

Loki: You had expectations?

Thor: Do not dare to harm him.

Loki: As I said, he is mine now.

Thor: Brother he is not a pet.

Loki: I am aware of that and yet you all ever treated him like a human?

Thor: What are you saying?

Loki: For how long is he missing now?

Thor: A week or two.

Loki: And did you save him by now?

Thor: No.

Loki: And did his team actually search for him?

Thor: Fury send us to find the spider.

Loki: Send but did anyone go on their own to do this?

3 minutes later

Loki: You seem conflicted to answer this question.

5 minutes later

Loki: Still no answer? 

Thor: We would have come for him.

Loki: Would but when? He send a help message and no one reacted. You and the others lost your right to have him back. I appreciate him more and take care of the kid not like his team or your team of avengers.

Thor: What is your plan for him?

Loki: Treat him as my own blood. He deserves it.

Thor: You really took a liking to him. Promise me this is not a trick.

Loki: You dare question me!

Thor: Brother, I will be talking to the others then. 

Loki: As if they will believe you.

Thor: You said you would treat him as your own?

Loki: Yes. He deserves it and you all don't treat him right.

Thor: Then so be it. 

Loki: Don't come after me or the kid, or I will be fighting back. Last illusion was just a warning.

Thor: I understand brother. Just keep him safe.

Loki: I will unlike you all.

3rd POV:

After this small chat, Loki went ahead and picked his new little spider son and decided to get back home. The home he calles home was Peters home while he would use his magic to make sure no one saw them enter or go. He wanted to make sure his kid would't be lonely or miss the only blood related he treasures. However he also didn't wanted Fury and Shield to get their hands on his chaos walking little Carnage Spider.

He not only decided that Spidey was his blood now but also under his protection. So he would do anything for the child to be happy after he was treated like a human being by the child. Peter was the only one who saw a person in Loki and knew that all he loved was making Chaos and was lonely.
