Chapter eight

Me, Tara and Kat keep fighting for hours until it's lights out. Tara goes to bed but I stand at the bars and talk to Kat about life, my plans with Sam and other things like that.

I'm currently in Kansas, I left with no one knowing and I've been figuring myself out, figuring out who I wanna be. Do I wanna stay as someone's toy or be myself all alone? While at my parents house, me and Ben are out right now are out back hanging in a tree like kids and I push his off the tree. "Ow asshole!" "Haha!" He yanks me down and we land right next to eachother laughing. Allison walks out and looks at us "boys, mom wants us" we get up and race inside acting like children again. We reach the living room and I see my dad talking to someone, I realize it's one of my old friends jake "Sam! Mikes been worried and drunk all the time!" "Nope, I'm staying here and living a life where I'm not always on someone's dick." "Try telling that to mike." "I would if he was here." "He's in the car, too afraid to meet your parents." "Ugh!" I stomp outside to the car and see mike zoned out with a bottle of whiskey in his hand. "Fuck, worse then i thought..." I open the car door and grab Mike. "Sammy...?" "Put down the bottle. Come inside.." he nods, closes the bottle and gets out of the car. I take him inside and pass my parents. "OOOOO SAMS GOT A BOYFRIENDDDDD" "not the time Ben." "Привет" mike slurs but that's all he says for the rest of the day. "What?" "Russian, Ben, it's Russian" "oh" "yeah." I drag mike up to my room and I sit him on my bed "why?" He asks "because I don't want to have standards.. I want to be myself." "You can be! Please just come back" "no Mike...im gonna be myself and not some innocent child." Mike bursts into tears, sobbing "mike im sorry but this is how I want it.." "I KILLED THAT SON OF A BITCH FOR YOU!!!" "You didn't though" "I DID, I GIVE YOU ALL THE LOVE IN THE WORLD AND THIS IS WHAT I GET BACK?! SOME NORMAL BITCH THAT DOESNT WANT ME?!" "Please mike calm down..." "ШЛЮХА, ТЫ ПРОСТО УЙДЁШЬ ЗА ВСЕМИ?!" "I don't understand." "OF COURSE YOU DONT!! YOU DONT KNOW ANYTHING!!!" "You don't mean that, you're drunk..." "DRUNKEN WORDS ARE SOBER THOUGHTS!!!" "Get out of my house, I never wanna see you again. Should've killed me too, alcoholic." Mike finds the closest think he can and throws it at me. Jake kicks the door down. "MICHAEL!!" He just stares at Jake with an emotionless expression. "LETS GO!" He just walks out, shoving me and Jake out of the way. "Are you okay sam?" "Yeah....I'm just fine..." "I'll be back later..." "sure..." and Jake and mike leave. I walk out to the living room and Ben, Allison my mom and dad stare at me. "What happened?" "I just tried to talk to him and i guess he was too blinded but the alcohol to realize what happened...." I get wrapped into a big hug and we stay like that for hours. Not saying a single word, just hugging until sleep consumed me.

I park the car in my driveway after getting home and I stare at mike "What the hell is wrong with you?!" "He needed to be reminded where his place is compared to me. He lives in my shadow, he needs to act like it. He is nothing but a whore. He gets a nice fuck and leaves. Waste of time is all he is. All he will ever be." "You don't mean that Michael." "I do, like I told Samuel, Drunken words are sober thoughts." "You don't mean what you say, you're just drunk." "And soon, high off my ass" "go inside. Don't come out until you're sober, completely." "I'm never leaving then! HAHAHA!!! WHY WOULD I LEAVE ANYWAY?! THERES NOTHING LEFT ANYMORE!!" "mike you sound crazy.." "I AM!! IM INSANE!! I MURDER PEOPLE FOR A JOB AND FIND PLEASURE IN IT!!! I LOST SOMEONE I LOVE!!! I DRINK AND DO DRUGS AND SMOKE!!! I WANNA FUCKING PERISH!!" "Mike, calm down" "NO, IM DONE!!" Mike grabs jakes keys, whiskey and some blunts before getting in the car and driving off.
