Chapter 33

Y/N silently screamed as the arm tightened its grasp on her waist. She craned her neck upwards to see who the person was.

"Kenma?!" Y/N said but her words were muffled by the palm that rested on her lips.

Kenma poked his head out of the opened door, looking for any signs of a small tangerine. When he had confirmed that Shoyo  had left the hall he released his grip on Y/N.

She let out a gasp as she fell to her knees, she quickly brought a hand up to her mouth to muffle whatever noise she would make.

"Hinata's gone for now so you can rest" he stated.

"Thanks" Y/N whispered.

"Thank me later, for now lets chill in a less obvious place." Kenma said as he helped Y/N back onto her feet.

"And where would that be?" She asked to which Kenma shrugged his shoulders.

They stood in silence, contemplating their next move. While Y/N was thinking she noticed a button stuck to the wall.

"Kenma look there's A button" Y/N pointed out to Kenma.

"What would a button be doing in here, there isn't A light ?" He asked.

"Don't touch it-" as soon as he finished his statement she pressed the button.

"Oh you said not to press the button" she quickly turned to the tensed male. Seems like he was expecting something to happen.

"You can relax now pretty boy" Y/N said as she pushed pass Kenma.

As soon as she exited she noticed something on the floor board. A piece of metal was stuck in between two pieces of wood.

Before she could inspect it any further Kenma came out the door. Pushing Y/N over and into the floor. Surprisingly the wood hadn't crashed into her yet instead the floor board flipped which caused both her and Kenma to fall into the hollowed out floor.

A big splash could be heard as the two collided with the water underneath them.

A couple minutes went by but no sign of the two.

Finally Kenma came up to the surface gasping for air. He brought his index finger up to his face and swiped the specs of dirt that were still left on his face. When he regained his vision he looked around to see if Y/N was still present.

After a few moments went by Y/N's body floated to the surface. When Kenma noticed her he swam towards her body. When he got a hold of her he swam to the bank and dressed himself up and sat onto the bank.

"Y/N are you there" he asked while giving her small slaps to the face.

Panic took over Kenma as he realized that she wasn't waking up any time soon.

"Wake up" he hurriedly began doing chest compressions, water started spewing out of Y/N's mouth as her breathing started to come back.

A small smile appeared on Kenma's features when began breathing again.

He relaxed himself on a supposed wall behind him.

"What the hell is wrong with this house" he cursed to himself while lulling closer to Y/N's body.

A couple minuted went by in silence. Kenma could only hope that Hinata realized there absence.

Hinata ran around upstairs before taking a small break in the kitchen.

"Guys this isn't fun anymore, come out now!" he yelled out but received no answer. Maybe they just wanted to Olay for a little while longer.

He took a sip of orange juice before getting back to hide and seek.

A cough could be heard coming from Kenma's lap. Along with a stream of coughs and choking up water.

"You okay" Kenma woke up, being startled by the sound of coughing.

"Of course not" Y/N states before for noticing the worried expressing lingering on his face. "But thanks for asking" she said.

"Do you know where we are" She asks but is only met with silence.

A gust of wind blew from their left which blew some dirt off the wall.

"Sh*t its cold out here" Y/N stuttered as she unconsciously moved up closer to Kenma.

Y/N looked around the area to see a bright red arrow that pointed toward to where the Gust of wind came from.

Suddenly an idea popped into her head.

"Ken-" she was about to tell him her idea but then she noticed.

He had fallen asleep.

Her eyes lingered on his face for awhile. She admired the way his hair framed his face as he slept. Along with the pink that settled on his cheeks and nose.

She dragged her eyes away from his face and lifted herself upwards. She dropped herself onto his chest and got comfortable. Her head rested in his neck and her arms wrapped around his waist. She got comfortable in his lap and dozed off.
