That small exchange of words lead to the present situation.

"So this is where you guys snuck off to" Hinata said while taking in his surroundings.

"Just come sit already" Kenma patted the grass next to him.

Hinata hopped over to the spot and plopped down onto the floor.

"Is that Y/N" Hinats asked, finally noticing the sleeping lady's presence.

"Who else could it be?" Kenma turned away from Hinata, mainly to hide the potent blush that appeared on his cheeks.

"Oh I see" Hinata smirked before coming a bit closer.

"We're you and Y/N having a little moment" he teased, poking his cheeks.

"Sorry if I interrupted anything" he continued.

All the poking that Hinata did was starting to make Kenma embarrassed, so he decided to shift away from the teasing tangerine.

When Hinata noticed the embarrassment that plastered it's way onto Kenma's face he laughed, before noticing a small book that fell out of his bag pocket.

He slowly moved his hand towards the notepad. When he felt the book make contact with his finger tips he retracted his hand.

"What's this" he muttered go himself when he noticed the small handwriting on one of the pages.

His eyes roamed over the half blanked page but only two words stood out to him.

Romantic Dinner

'Romantic Dinner?' He thought to himself as his eyes went from Kenma to the pork buns and back to the page.

Even though he had processed the situation he decided to make this the perfect time to tease the distracted male that sat in front of him.

"Kenma I always knew you were fruity" Hinata stated with a wide grin.

"What?? Why would you say something like that out of the blue?" Kenma was obviously startled by Hinata's choice of words.

"I get it now, the cherry blossom tree, the pork buns and the subtle hints" Hinata said as he shifted closer to the now choking Kenma.

"Admit it, you lov-"

"Is this what you two get up to whenever no one is present?" Y/N said, her voice was laced with annoyance.

"When did you wake up?!" Hinata asked shifted quickly to his original seating area.

"Ever since actually" she huffed out a laugh as she got up from Kenma's lap to stretch.

"So what's this talk about being Fruity?" She asked the red head.

"It was just a joke, I swea-"

"Are those steamed pork buns, I love those things" she said excitedly.

"You can have the rest of mine if you want" Kenma offered.

"We bought some for her to ya know" Hinata took some out of the bag and handed them over to her.

"Thanks" she said as she snatched them out if his hands.

"So I got a question to ask?" Hinata broke the comfortable silence.

"Shoot"

"What did you guys do for today?" He flipped himself over to look at the both of them.

"Well for starters you told the entire internet that we were on a date!" Y/N stated.

"Sorry, I was just to excited about it" Hinata patted Y/N's head before allowing them to continue.

"And after we got chased by Kenma's fangirls we climbed up and onto a roof" Y/N continued.

"Did you guys not learn your lesson from last time" Hinata mentally facepalmed.

"We should be the ones saying that" Kenma said.

"So Y/N thought it would be a good idea to slide down the ladder but when she did she ended up spraining her ankle" Kenma glared at the female that sat next to him.

"But then you gave me a piggy back ride so it's all good" she thumbsed up.

"I'm staring to think that that's all you want in life" he sighed before continuing.

"after that we went to some new Pizzeria that opened up-" Kenma said before Y/N continued his sentence.

"They made us sign legal liability forms" she exclaimed.

"And you guys thought it would be a good idea to sign them?" Hinata once again facepalmed himself.

"We didn't think it through OK!"

"Anyway, we got attacked by some gator that malfunctioned and then we got ganged up on by the other animatronics" Kenma said while slouching down onto the grass next to Hinata.

"But we made it out safely" Y/N said as she did the same.

"You guys seem to bring bad luck everywhere you go" Hinata commented.

"After that we got lunch and headed to the volleyball court"

"But that has nothing to do with anime" Hinata stated with a confused expression.

"I said the same thing but then I remembered their is an anime about volleyball, by the way you should check it out Hinata" Y/N recommended.

"The MC even has tangerine hair, just like yours" she pointed out.

"I'll check it out when we get to Kenma's house"

"And who said that you could stay at my house?"

"Me"

"That's not how it works Hinata"

"Can I continue gentleman?" Y/N asked, Cleary annoyed by these two arguing.

She took their silence as the answer and continued with her summary.

"And that how we met you guys today, but later on we snuck out"

"And yet again Y/N twisted her ankle"

"It was your fault though" she retorted.

"So in the end we came here" she finished the summary, which took 10 minutes to type.

Hinata stayed silent before speaking again.

"Ok so since I'm now filled in on your date/horrifying adventure I've got one more question" he said.

"How are we going to get home"

"What did you mean by 'how are we getting home" Y/N startled.

"That way gets closed off at night " Hinata pointed to the route they took to get up here.

They looked around their surroundings but all they could see at this time of the night was pitch black.

All three of them sighed before taking actionm

"I'll go call Kuroo" Kenma pulled out his phone and dialed the number.

"Yeah I'll climb the tree and wait on lookout"

"I'll just stay down here" Hinata said as he went back to staring at the stars that scattered across the night sky.

And that's how the sqaud of shorties were ridiculed for getting lossed in the middle of nowhere.
