Day 4
Nothing had happened in the past few days, except the odd member knocking on her door multiple times a day. Isabella had eaten a quarter of her stashed food, opened the apple juice, Trixie hadn't eaten much of the cat food and there was still enough water left. Despite the healthy stock of food and chirping birds outside, Isabella was extremely bored.
It turns out, when you're locked up in the same room for four straight days, without using a phone and only a few books on medicine, a notebook and a cat to keep you entertained, life gets pretty dull.
It was a sunny afternoon and Izzy could see it from outside her window. The vibrant green of the trees were slowly fading to brilliant oranges, reds, and yellows. Small birds whizzed around in circles chasing each other low to the grass, which blossomed with dots of clover flowers and the blur of zipping bees. It was such a peaceful scene, she almost forgot the weight dragging her shoulders down.
Once again, a knock sounded on the door. Sighing, Isabella looked longingly to the white entrance like she did every time she heard the presence of a member. She suspected as usual, they would wait a few seconds, knock again, then she would hear the receding footfalls. This time though, the steps immediately left. Her eyes travelled down ad she caught movement; there was a note under the door.
Izzy stood at the window fighting her curiosity for a second, before she lost and walked over. Carefully, she picked up the white piece of paper and unfolded it, familiar slanted handwriting greeting her. The smallest smile spread across her face.
Hey Izzy,
I hope you're doing okay. I want you to know that we'll respect your privacy if you don't want to come down, and we will not allow Niki to go through with his plan. (That plan involved a cordless drill, a hammer and a few sticks of dynamite, it would've been chaos anyway.)
I don't know why you decided to lock yourself in your room, and this letter may sound insensitive but I don't know what we did. Whatever it was, we're all really sorry and we won't pressure you to do anything. We miss you. I hope you can feel more comfortable around us, and we could see you soon- please stay healthy :)
Also, I made cookies with Sunoo today. I know you like cookies, so we saved a few for you- I won't make you come down but if you ever want more food or anything I'll always leave it in the second to the bottom shelf of the fridge, so feel free to grab it whenever you like. We also left water bottles in the drawer at the bottom just in case you need some.
I really hope you read this, and maybe have some cookies later on. Please feel better soon whether this is a physical or mental obstacle, and know we're always here for you no matter what.
-Jungwon
Isabella read it again and again, before turning it over and spotting the P.S on the other side.
P.S
Beomgyu, TXT, Jin, and BTS are worried out of their mind too, because you won't answer them. They just need to know you're okay, we're all concerned. Don't be pressured though; Suga sunbaenim also wants to know if Trixie is getting enough food, and if he needs to drop some around for her.Immediately, Izzy got out her notebook. She ripped a page from it and grabbed the pen, once again touching it to the paper. It would be way too harsh of her to leave this letter without a reply, so she honestly had no choice.
Hey Jungwon,
Yeah, I'm okay- sorry for concerning you guys :) I'm fine, please don't worry about me.
I want to apologise for making you feel like I didn't trust you. I absolutely do, there's just another reason I am unable to leave the room right now. I really appreciate you guys giving me space and stopping Niki's plan (I know I'm in no place to make requests, but please slap him for me).
