The huge doors closed behind Kia, seeing that she was finally inside she decided to go down to the floor and take a look around.

The room was huge as simple, in the center of the room stood a long corridor that went to the end, was decorated by imposing figures carved in solid stone, the statues seemed to symbolize some kind of transformation, the first statues showed a weak figure that radiated ignorance, as one advanced towards the end of the room, the figures were expressing strength and determination.

At the end of the corridor was possibly the most imposing statue of all, a huge head was raised observing the entire instance, there was no blind spot for the bright eyes of that statue.

Kia decided to advance slowly through the room, she observed the statues at the same time that the phosphorescent green streams that symmetrically decorated the ends of the corridor, a sense of bewilderment accompanied her, she had never seen a place like this.

She was a couple of steps away from the last statue, a huge chasm separated the end of the corridor with the imposing head, whose eyes glowed the same color as the rest of the room.

Kia looked to her two sides in search of the mysterious person who had been guiding her all this time, but in that room there was no one, that feeling of bewilderment was slowly turning into bitterness.

"Hello?" she asked, but only her own voice answered her as it bounced off the huge walls, that feeling of loneliness that she had experienced for so many years grew stronger and stronger.

Bewildered she continued to scan the room, looking for anything that would tell her what to do or where to go, but everywhere she looked there was nothing but her own existence.

Was that all there was? After everything she had put at stake, after having swept away a battalion and having awakened the power hidden in her, the only thing she could find on the other side? It was only a dark and lonely room.

After several minutes of despair, he realized that he would find nothing, before that overwhelming feeling he lay on his back in front of the huge statue at the end of the room. For a few seconds he stared at the huge eyes of the statue, in a way, it reminded him of his own.

Then she noticed that the figure seemed to be staring at the ceiling above where she stood, she slowly followed his gaze with her own until she noticed something, on the ceiling, there was a tiny orange light, it was the only orange lighting in the room.

The light emitted by her tattoos contrasted with the color of the rest of the room and, in the same way, accentuated that tiny point of light on the ceiling.

That light came from a small red rune that was embedded in the stone, she had never seen or heard of a rune of such characteristics. For a second she hesitated to activate it, something in her gave her fear, but it was not the fear of the unknown that stopped her, inside she felt what that rune symbolized, she knew what would happen when she activated it, a tiny rune that did not want to be found, hidden in a place where only she was able to reach.

After so long waiting for answers, she finally had it in front of her and although she was still afraid, she knew that the time had come to know who she was, to know what her past really was.

"I sense that you are ready", the mysterious voice finally uttered, but this time it was not omnipresent, it came from the huge statue at the end of the room, "Is it... you?" asked Kia perplexed as she heard the voice coming from that figure without any movement, "This is my representation, although I don't understand it as if it were me."

Kia took a few seconds to answer, so she decided to explain herself better, "You and I, we were created as co-dependent beings, you are also what you are seeing", the voice's words only confused Kia more, so she decided to simplify it, "You and I are like the shell and the fruit inside, when seen apart they don't seem to belong to the same object, but still, they are both part of the same", Kia was slowly starting to understand what it meant, "We are both.... The same person?".
