Chapter 8

Mishka's Pov,

You guys know whenever Ahan comes near me my heart beats faster & I feel butterflies dancing around in my stomach. How can I not fall in love with him you know due to our busy schedules we were unable to go to our honeymoon but he never fails to amaze me. From the last 6 months, every Saturday he takes me out on dates.  Only us nobody to disturb 😍. All this gestures make me fall for him more. On every passing date I feel like today is the day he is going to confess his feelings. Sigh!  Now I have to take things in my hand. This Saturday I'm going to confess. I have to hurry up now. Today is Tuesday so only 3days left to execute my plan. 

We both are very simple person & like cozy things so I have the perfect plan for it. I am already booking the hotel room with an exotic view to look at. The ambience is just perfect for us. I just need Kabir bhai's help in decoration. I'll just give him a call after office hours.

But from the last few days Ahan is behaving weirdly. He is PMSing . I mean we girls' have mood swings on periods here he is showing all the symptoms. One day he even yelled at me unnecessarily. Even on our anniversary day he seemed disturbed. He keeps assuring me it's an office problem he is facing right now but I'm not convinced. By this time I'm fully aware of all his habits.

Today I have to go & buy a gift for Anaya & Dev bhai. Well good news here! They are expecting a baby. So tomorrow we girls' have decided to have a lunch party. Kabir bhai, Dev bhai & Aakah jiju are already in I just need to tell about this to Ahan.  I hope he is in good mood today.

It's already 10 pm Ahan is yet to come at home. I have texted him but to add to my worries he is not replying & even not picking up my phone calls. 

"What kind of behavior  is this Ahan?  You should have replied to me atleast once. You know how worried we were!"  It's 11:30 pm & now he is here.  He looks tired. I totally get it must be work pressure and all but one phone call won't harm it right? Mom & Dad were also asking about him but I lied to them so that they don't get tensed.  " You go freshen up I'm arranging our dinner"  I said.  "How many times I have to tell you Mishka don't wait for me. I'm not a kid I can do my work all by myself" He half-yelled at me. What happened to him today? I was just concerned about him & now he is shouting at me. Is he going through some difficult time at office? No Mishka this is not the time to fight with him. I'll talk with Ahan in the morning. Oh! but I have to tell him about our lunch party.  "Ahan I get it you are stressed now. It's ok have your dinner we will talk tomorrow. But I really need to tell you something can you join us tomorrow for the lunch party we are planning to go at "  Before I can say the name of the place Ahan interrupted me "I can't join you guys. I have tons of work left need to complete it ASAP. Manage my absence please"  I nodded with disappointment. Though I'm upset right now but I can't force him 😞.

Why is Ahan behaving like this? What do you guys think?🤔
