Karl POV

We head back to the office me and SapNap are holding hands. He promised he wouldn't let go until I did.

After waiting in the office for a while the principal calls us back in his office.

The teacher walks out of the office and me and SapNap walk in.

"Ok boys take a seat."

We sit and mr.Jack starts talking

"I've spoken with Mrs.insert name here and for some reason she still stands by her opinion of if you can talk you should. I disagree with her. I think it's fair that Karl if you don't feel comfortable doing this project weather it be because of who your partner could be or weather it's in front of your class whatever it may be I think that you should either be able to work with Nick or you shouldn't have to do it but Nick you still have to do it either way sorry. I had a few ideas for you. One idea is I could let you work with Nick if that makes you the most comfortable. Or one other idea I had was you could still do the research and just write an essay about it or something like that. Do you have a preference over one of the two options?"

I nod.

I start writing on my paper. "Can I work with Nick?"

"I think it's a fair solution for you to be able to work with him obviously your teacher disagrees but I'm the principal and if your teacher wants to fight with someone about this she can come to me sound good?"

I nod again

"If she gives you trouble over something like this again come see me ok?"

"We will thank you so much for helping Mr.Jack" SapNap replies before I can nod.

SapNap POV

We walk out of the office and Karl lets go of my hand.

It's lunch time now me and Karl go find our friends to sit with.

"Dude you missed all your morning classes where were you?!" Dream asks sounding slightly upset with me.

"Oh I just was helping Karl with something. Don't worry about it."

"You never tell us anything anymore what we're you guys doing?" George says.

"Dating."  Is the only word I see written on Karl's paper he looks at me for approval before he shows Dream and George I nod my head lightly.

Karl lifts up the paper for Dream and George to read.

Dream pretends to act shocked and so does George.

—— time skip end of the school day after school ——

"Want to come over to my house?" George questions

Karl looks over at me a slight worried look on his face.

"Hey everything ok you look terrified." I text Karl instead of just asking.

"I'm fine just a few problems one am I invited or did he forget I was here and only wants you and dream secondly I don't know George's house I've never been."

"I'm sure you're invited why wouldn't you be? Also I'm sure me or someone else can show you where everything is."

No typing just nodding.

I pull George off to the side just to ask him quickly if Karl's invited and to tell him Karl's worries.

"Hey George few things firstly I'll come if Karl's invited seco-." I get cut off before I can finish my sentence

"Of course Karl's invited why wouldn't he be?"

"He had some worried and one of them was that he wasn't actually invited and you just forgot he was here when you offered. His second worry was that he's never been to your house and doesn't know where anything is."

"I'll give him the tour I gave everyone else. Remember that?"

I nod and smile remembering the first time I ever went to George's house.

I'll try and write more frequently I've been mostly reading stories and I'm back at school and I've been trying to keep up with homework and everything I just haven't really had any motivation to write.
