The Captain was Mashiro's older sister. Most of the task force was out of hearing range so they didn't hear whatever was said between the sisters. But Destiny was there representing Missouri, speaking of which.
Missouri: Ok, so where were these sightings?
Currently Missouri was on the phone with the school, apparently 2 large Warships of unknown type were sighted in 2 different locations in the South-China Sea.
School: One is 200 miles due South of your position near the Admiralty Islands, the other is 300 miles North, Northeast of your position near Chuuk Lagoon.
Missouri: Alright, I'll relay this to the fleet and we'll sortie as soon as we can.
School: Copy that, and stay safe out there.
Missouri: Always have been, always will be.
With that the 2 hung up, Missouri then contacted Lion. A few seconds later Destiny picked up.
DL: Yeah?
Missouri: Hey Destiny.
DL: Hey Missouri, I have something to say.
Missouri: Me too, but it better not be that you are gay now.
DL: It's not, but you first.
Missouri: Alright, the school just called, 2 large warships were sighted near our location.
DL: What?! Okay, where did they say the sightings came from?
Missouri: One is 200 miles due South, the other is 300 miles North, Northeast.
DL: So what are we to do about that?
Missouri: Let's start by seeing where Musashi's last known location is, then we go after the sighting that is closer.
DL: Copy that, I'll relay this to Mafuyu.
Missouri: Um, who?
DL: Oh, Mashiro's older sister.
Missouri: Oh, ok. Alright your turn.
DL: I know it sounds weird but I have a new voice in my head.
Missouri: Wait, you have a voice in your head?
DL: Not like the conscience voice it's like a voice that isn't mine.
